With a stunning corner position that offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, this beachfront condo in the Palms at Seagrove will place you on one of the most beautiful stretches of sand in Florida. This renovated condo features new furnishings and custom bedding (including a hall bunk, which is perfect for children), a private balcony with a commanding view of the beach, and on-site access to a shared, outdoor swimming pool, a beach walkover, and meticulously maintained grounds.



What's nearby:

This gulf-front property sits on Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, with the white sand outside your door and a wealth of dining, shopping, and entertainment within a few minutes. Take an easy bike ride to visit Cafe Thirty-A, Perfect Pig, or Old Florida Fish House just down the road, or head into the heart of Seaside one mile west. If you're looking to explore a bit more, Alys Beach - known for its gorgeous architecture - is six miles east.

Beautiful view!

Great little condo for a weekend getaway. Perfect size for myself, husband and baby boy. Clean rooms, incredible view.

Wonderful unit with amazing views.

My family extremely enjoyed our stay in this location and unit. The unit was perfect for our family & the kids had fun sleeping in the hallway bunk beds!

Long weekend at the Palms of Seagrove

We enjoyed our stay, and hope to return soon. The listing was as described and very comfortable. The unit has wonderful views and we enjoyed watching the sun set every afternoon.

Clean, great location

Clean, great for a family with small children. Pull out mattress great for teenagers but needs replaced. Beautiful views. Wi-fi wasn’t great but weren’t in the room a lot to hinder us. Would stay again

Construction going on right next to our unit...too noisy to sit out in morning. No dishwasher soap, no dish cloth (2 towels..but no dish cloth) and no sink plug in master bath. Couldn't get key back in lockbox...even cleaning lady couldn't do it and she said she would take care of it) kitchen was well stocked and plenty of bath towels. Nice stay but few small things could make it better. Thanks!

Great beach front view.

Great location convenient to all restaurants, seaside shopping center and steps from the beach. The king bed was fantastic for sleeping, one of the best that I have ever slept on, downer, the sofa needs replacing from a comfort standpoint. This is our second year visiting this area and we are considering a third. It truly is what makes NW Florida the best place to vacation.

Honeymoon at The Palms

The view from our condo at The Palms was magnificent. I highly recommend staying here, but make sure you get a condo with an ocean view like we did! Everything we needed was in the condo. The king size bed was so comfortable. This is our favorite place to be.

Great week at palms c9!

Great and easy beach access, super view from private balcony, condo colors and deco somewhat outdated, prefer a harder mattress, and pool was like bath water...but that’s to be expected in August. Overall we had a terrific time.

The view!

We had every breakfast on the balcony watching the sunrise and cocktails every evening star gazing. The beach access was so convenient with 2 rinse/shower stations, we could get out of the midday sun for lunch and return for the afternoon, leaving our chairs on the beach. We will be back!

There’s old carpet in the bedroom so it had a dungy smell in there. The master toilet is slow to flush and you have to stand there holding down the handle forever. We had to call maintenance the day we checked in to fix the 2nd bathroom toilet as it wouldn’t stop running, which explained why the water was cut off upon check in.

Spectacular Seagrove

Perfect location in the heart of Seagrove Beach. The view and beach were incredible. Two full baths are a major plus even for just two people. Very clean and neat. Beach chairs and umbrella service were available for $25 per day, worth it not to carry your own. This corner unit added to the view and privacy.

Cute & Cozy

Overall, we loved staying at this property for our honeymoon. We had planned to go on a cruise, however, it was cancelled due to covid-19 & booked a last minute Florida vacation instead. Property is just as listed & has a fantastic view of the beach. It definitely could have been cleaner, but it was nothing to complain about. Checking in was super easy & we enjoyed the awesome view & perfect beach access!

GREAT VIEW!!

The condo was very well equipped. Great corner until with full view of gulf. We had a problem with the door locks as they need to be replaced. Lots of space, great for a family of 4. Kids loved the bulk beds. Always nice to have 2 bathrooms

The location of this property was excellent. However, the living room furniture isn't comfortable. Some nights I would lay on the bed and watch TV so that I could get comfortable. It looks like some upgrades have been made in the bathrooms.

Amazing view! Kitchen needs new refrigerator and updates.

The view was amazing! The refrigerator is not acceptable. Looks like it came out of someone’s garage. Kitchen overall could use an update. Bedroom carpet all stained. Lots of updates have happened and all looks great aside from those two things.

Great View but needs updating

The view is great but this unit needs a serious upgrade, bedroom carpet old, filthy and stained, sofa was terrible with mismatched cushions, one was too short so it made the sofa unusable, cabinets old and drawers difficult to open. Dresser drawers stuck badly. . The bed was very comfortable, all other furnishings are very dated. Our friends stayed in a newly remodeled unit which cost less than this unit. This unit was not a good value compared to other units in the complex. The location on the beach was nice !

Initial cleanliness upon entry disappointing. Floors very gritty and sticky. Lacking sufficient amount of kitchen utensils. Many towel bars, robe hooks etc loose. Entry door lacked open bracket, it was very heavy and feared slamming on fingers or toes. I expected bed for child not pull out couches. Balcony light not working.

This unit needs serious attention from the owners.

Rotten rugs at entry and on balcony, broken table and chair on the balcony! For goodness sake, just throw them away. Anything would be an improvement. Kitchen ill-equipped. Broken toilet paper holder The list continues. My patience with this unit will not. We love this property and have stayed at aother unit here before. But this unit? NEVER again.

Property lacked essentials people explect

The property is very dated - 1980's style decor. TV does not support Roku. TV in bedroom is a box analog only TV (how long has it been since those?) When we first opened the door, smoke smell was overwhelming. My husband has asthma. Had to open all windows and front door while I went to get Febreze to spray on everything. Mattress extremely soft and needs replacing. It was cold the first night we were there and there was only a summer coverlet on the bed. I was cold all night. Searched for blanket, did not find one. Went the next day to WalMart and bought blanket. We have rented in Sea Palms three times before and have had delightful experiences. This time we left one day early because of the condo.

Great location but poorly maintained

We have stayed in this unit several years ago and loved the beautiful artwork and fantastic location. However, it seems as though no maintenance has been done since we last stayed here. The entire unit smelled of mold and mildew. Mold was visible in the shower area, shower curtain, on all the AC vents, and made it difficult to breath. The linens didn't feel or smell fresh. The carpet was in dire need or replacement. There are insufficient hooks t hand things like towels and/or bathing suits. The toilets and drains were slow to drain. Kitchen drawers refused to shut properly and counter was damaged. Several light bulbs were burned out which speaks to lack of concern for maintenance. We've been vacationing at the Palms for years, always beach side, and will not return to this unit.
