Sterling Shores Resort features everything you would need on your dreamy beach getaway, such as lagoon and oasis styled pools and fitness center. Enjoy a BBQ poolside by using our community grill area. Not that hungry? Check out the seasonal poolside snack shack to fill up on goodies. Everyone will love their time at Sterling Shores!

You may notice some minor construction during your stay; however, it should not interfere with your experience

Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. Awesome Trip

Great stay!

This was our fourth time at Sterling Shores and first time in 1007. We loved the unit and plan to come back! Great location, great outdoor space, and great unit. Terrific views!

Cozy stay and the perfect vacation

We had a wonderful time in this beautifully decorated home listening to the ocean waves morning and night! The pools were great and convenient! Beach a few steps away, chairs put out and taken down for you for fee! Home had everything you need! 90 percent of home is updated beautifully and clean! We hope to stay here again ! Our first time in Destin was amazing ! Ashlee

We love Sterling Shores!

This was our second year vacationing in Sterling Shores and we can’t wait to come back! This condo far exceeded our expectations- it was spacious and had an incredible view. Check in was easy and there wasn’t a long list of tasks to complete prior to check out. Our only complaint is that the coffee pot is awful! If you’re a coffee drinker, I suggest bringing your own.

January 2018 Stay

When we arrived we were surprised that the condo wasn’t clean. We had the carpet cleaned but it didn’t help. The tile needed cleaned and after the maid cleaned it three times with her mop, we went and bought a mop and cleaned it ourselves. In the master bathroom the tile was so dirty under the counter it took only one swipe of the mop to clean it. We found a half eaten cookie under the loveseat with little bugs on it. This condo could be cute if it was updated. It has a wonderful view of the beach and ocean.
