A delightful coastal vacation awaits when you choose this completely renovated penthouse at Sterling Shores for your home base. Take in incredible Gulf views from your private balcony, fitted with loungers and a four-person table for ultimate relaxation. Spend leisurely days between the resort’s two pools, a seasonal snack shack, a resort-style pool near the building, and a beachfront pool that is seasonally heated.



The open-concept layout offers ample room to entertain, complete with a Gulf-view living area with a flat-screen TV, a stylish dining area, and a pristine kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The ocean-view suite offers balcony access and an en suite bathroom. Added perks include TVs in each bedroom, central air-conditioning, and a shared gym. Your fantastic locale leaves you within walking distance of popular eateries and attractions.

Perfect beachfront getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing family vacation.The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking — we spent every morning enjoying coffee while watching the waves roll in. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning!

This was the first time in a very long time that the pictures were exactly how it looked and the first place in awhile where I didn’t feel like I needed to clean before I could relax!

Really Nice

The penthouse was everything we wanted. The master bedroom the bed was comfortable and the shower was giving everything we wanted. The couch was enough room for everyone and also comfortable. Overall the entire place was really nice.

Family Vacation

We stayed here last year and loved the condo and location so much we came again this year. The view is breathtaking, and the condo is exceptionally clean and beautiful. Parking is easy, secure and safe property, kitchen well equipped although we went out to dinner every night to the many restaurants that are close by. Property is kept up nicely, beach access right across the street. Hope to return again next year!

Loved this Condo!

Beautiful condo as pictured in listing. Had some issues with it not being cleaned when we arrived, and it was difficult to reach help through the property management company. But after reaching out to VRBO support line it was taken care of. Would definitely stay there again!

WE CANT WAIT TO COME BACK! WOW!

Pictures are spot on! The room is even better than advertised, WOW! Our family of four with two toddlers enjoyed every second of our beach get away. For our first family vacation this property put the icing on the cake! The kids loved the bunk beds and the open floor plan of the living room and kitchen. Us parents loved the luxurious master bedroom and bath; can’t beat waking up looking at the ocean! The balcony is huge and a great place for lunch and dinner. The property is at the top and remains very quiet - we never heard a neighbor. The stay features great accommodations that made it the best vacation ever! The beach is clean and the umbrella service is great! The kids side of the pool was perfect for our littles. Great ice cream just a 2 minute walk away. The Back Porch just across the street is YUMMY! Great for a lunch break reset with kids. 100/10 recommended! We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location

We traveled as a family of 6 with 3 kids under 11. Condo was very spacious. The couch was so comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms are huge. The master bedroom bed is worn out and should be replaced. It has indentions of where folks have slept. All other beds were great. The pool was great size for kids. There are 2 pools. There is a short walk across to the beach and you have to cross a small side road which was not busy. The complex is just across the street from The Back Porch restaurant and food and service was good. The condo is located near a lot of stuff to do. We didn’t want to leave. Plano to go back next summer.
