Excellent place to stay!

This property is a great place to stay when visiting 30A. The location is close to everything, the property is very clean and modern, and the beach is right across the street. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Spring Break Girls Trip

This condo was perfect for myself and two daughters. Super short walk to the beach and to local places to eat & shop. Very clean and the management was extremely friendly and easy to contact. Would stay here again!!!

This studio is bright, secure, and in a great location. All was as described. The complex has everything you could need, and beach access is right there!

Quaint and Simple

We had a lovely stay here. It was all we needed for a one night stay (but quite honestly we could have stayed longer and still been comfortable!). You can’t find a better price in this area. Plus you’re next door to a bike shop, making renting bikes an ease! Place was clean and exactly as pictured.

Great location

It’s a great location to Seaside/Rosemary/Santa Rosa. Access to the beach across the street. This is a no frills condo. It’s a little run down, could use a little bit of work. We stayed for a wedding, it was close to everything that we wanted to do and the venue.

Cheapest place I could find. Made the right choice!

Place was centrally located and clean. Bike path right across the street. Beach access right across the street. Management called to check in on me the next day. All good. Would stay again.

Great Trip!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was clean and perfect for an anniversary trip. The location is great! You can be at the beach within 2-3 minutes. My only suggestion is to bring your own pillows because the two On the bed are rather flat. The bed was so comfortable and the AC worked great. The pool at the property is also very nice. Also, the ice maker in the freezer doesn’t work, but you’re within walking distance to a gas station. I can’t wait to go back.

Clean and comfortable

Unit was clean, cable TV was not working, but not the fault of unit manager. The tub was VERY slippery, almost dell first shower. There were no coffee filters or coffee, luckily we brought our own Kurieg. Beed was comfortable.

Good

Very satisfied with the condo. The only problems are the tub drains very slow(ankle deep before your shower is over) and the ice maker doesn’t work. Two small problems that didn’t hurt an overall good experience

Furniture durty, not enough pots, no cookie sheet at all. Sand in the bed on first night. Porch chairs covered in sand no light on fan and covered with black tape. Half the doors missing off closet tiny TV.

Great location but space needs TLC

With public beach access directly across Highway 30A, you cannot beat the location. However, the studio apartment was not fully prepared for arrival. We had to call the management company to hook up the modem/internet as well as to get into the rental (which was not communicated ahead of time). The space was falling apart and not very clean. A previous renters driver's license has even been left behind. As a last minute find with a very affordable rate, it was a convenient place to crash when spending all day out at the beach.

The water stopped working in the middle of the day and the owner would not get back to me. This was a huge inconvenience. The bathroom has mold on the floor. And it is much smaller than the pictures make it seem.
