We found the location right on the beach perfect for our family's needs and the ability to have our little dog was very nice. Almost every amenity one could think of was there. The kitchen was nicely outfitted with all necessary equipment. We loved being together in the spacious living room. Some of us loved riding the bikes. The furniture on the main balcony was nice and heavy, if somewhat uncomfortable for lounging, cushions would have been nice. That was not a deal breaker though. We would say that the unit was just about perfect for a beach house. We'll definitely try booking there again!

It’s wonderful to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay right on the beach, Elizabeth. We’re thrilled that having your little dog with you made the experience even better. It sounds like you made great use of the kitchen and the spacious living room, which is exactly what we hope for our guests. We appreciate your feedback about the balcony furniture; we’re always looking for ways to enhance comfort, and your suggestion about cushions is a great idea. Knowing that you found the unit nearly perfect for a beach house warms our hearts. We would love to welcome you back for another memorable stay in the future!

The best

The location was perfect — close to everything we needed and just steps to the beach. The townhouse had everything our family could want: beach chairs, toys, cooking utensils, and plenty of space to spread out. Both the grandparents and grandkids enjoyed the comfort and convenience. A great spot for a relaxing family getaway!

Perfect spring break!

This rental is absolutely perfect! Was great for our family spring break trip. The stroller was such a helpful addition for our daily walks. All the beach toys were great for our daughter and not to mention the extremely short walk to the beach. The apartment has so much room! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place and location

I've been coming to pensacola beach for the past 14 years. This is the first time we have stayed here. By far this is the best place to stay. Litterally 25 steps to the ramp and another 30 steps to the beach. Spacious as we had 6 adults and 1 2 year old.

Second Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. Great place and big enough for a large group. It's right on what could only be considered a private beach as there is no public parking immediately nearby.
