We found the location right on the beach perfect for our family's needs and the ability to have our little dog was very nice. Almost every amenity one could think of was there. The kitchen was nicely outfitted with all necessary equipment. We loved being together in the spacious living room. Some of us loved riding the bikes. The furniture on the main balcony was nice and heavy, if somewhat uncomfortable for lounging, cushions would have been nice. That was not a deal breaker though. We would say that the unit was just about perfect for a beach house. We'll definitely try booking there again!

The best

The location was perfect — close to everything we needed and just steps to the beach. The townhouse had everything our family could want: beach chairs, toys, cooking utensils, and plenty of space to spread out. Both the grandparents and grandkids enjoyed the comfort and convenience. A great spot for a relaxing family getaway!

Perfect spring break!

This rental is absolutely perfect! Was great for our family spring break trip. The stroller was such a helpful addition for our daily walks. All the beach toys were great for our daughter and not to mention the extremely short walk to the beach. The apartment has so much room! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Family Vacay

From start to finish our trip was AMAZING! Loved that all we needed to bring was our clothes and personal hygiene items. Everything else was already there for our use…even yeti cups which we got lots of use out of Our family also found the big kitchen with all the cooking utensils we needed very nice Will definitely be recommending this lovely condo to our family and friends

Just as pictured and so beautiful. Roomy and comfortable. Gorgeous views and easy beach access. We had family of all ages and had a great time.

Wonderful place and location

I've been coming to pensacola beach for the past 14 years. This is the first time we have stayed here. By far this is the best place to stay. Litterally 25 steps to the ramp and another 30 steps to the beach. Spacious as we had 6 adults and 1 2 year old.

Favorite Spot!

This is our 2nd time staying here. They have everything you need—beach toys, beach chairs, tent, inside toys and games for kids, kitchen appliances, etc. Everything is so clean. You can’t beat the location! We look forward to our stay here every year.

Second Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. Great place and big enough for a large group. It's right on what could only be considered a private beach as there is no public parking immediately nearby.

Top Notch

Very nice and clean place with a great layout. Right on the beach with lots to do within walking distance. Veiws were amazing from many places in the house and on the decks. Quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend and will be back!
