Follow the sun and you'll most likely end up at this Panama City Beach condo! Your mornings can be spent on the private, ocean-view balcony, a cup of coffee in hand and the sea breeze kissing your skin. Continue your afternoon with a visit to one of the condo's pools, hot tubs, or even the fitness center for a quick workout. Additional sun-soaked memories can be curated right on the sandy shoreline, or less than six miles away at the M.B. Miller County Pier, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Pirateā€™s Island Adventure Golf, Zooworld Zoological Park, and Todd Herendeen Theatre.



When you're ready to relax, settle down amidst the open interior's soft furnishings and modern appliances. Catch up on your favorite shows with the help of the living room's smart TV. Prepare some of your favorite tropical treats with the kitchen's granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. And when it's time to eat, dine under the glow of the chandelier at the dining table, or dine alfresco on the balcony.

We loved the place. Very. Clean with plenty of towels! Location was perfect to all the activities. The only downside was there were no carts to load all your stuff on.

The master bedroom toilet needed a repair. The flapper was replaced. Contacting the host was difficult a 1800 number. Also parking was a problem you have parking for one vehicle then additional parking is across the street. Also the kitchen supplies were limited. I purchased a small pot to boil an egg for breakfast. For the price point it could have been better with parking and reporting the ESSENTIAL repair which was report at 8am and not repaired until the evening.

Spring Break Get Away

The condo was everything that we could have asked for. Clean and ample space. Beds were comfortable. Only drawback was carrying all of our belongings upon arrival and leaving as there were no carts to utilize. It was a task!

Early spring break trip!

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It was clean, as well as the balcony. The view was exactly what we needed, even when it rained we were still able to sit and enjoy. We will definitely be back! Note for traveling w/ handicap or elderly w/o wheelchair: We found it easier, and a slightly shorter distance for my mom to walk from the assigned parking space rather than the handicap spaces on P1. (Hope this helps someone).

Great property, poor check in

Overall we had a good stay. The apartment was very nice and clean. We did have an issues with check in unfortunately. Our flight landed early and we were unable to access the apartment early, nor were able to have a place to hold our bags anywhere. Also since no one is allowed to check in until 4pm there was a significant wait for the elevators. During our stay the elevators were all down multiple times and we were on the 13th floor. We did have designated parking spot in the garage, but in the listing it says 2 parking spots available which is technically not accurate. We had two cars with us so one car got the parking spot while the other had to park in the overflow lot across the street which had limited parking spots. Also, after not being able to check in early or hold our bags, we had to pay extra for a late check out as well! Overall we had a good trip, just a couple complaints.
