Great property! Love the lagoon view from the balcony

Definitely recommend staying here. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the balcony view Would stay here again!

Great stay!

Love the location, across from the beach…walk to Pier Park. Balcony on the back overlooking the pond is nice and quiet. Apartment had everything we needed, was clean and the bed was comfy.

It was just my husband and I and it was great!! Weather amazing and didn't rain until the last evening! Pool was nice and clean hardly anyone there at the pool ! Easy walk to the beach! We even walked to pier park for dinner and shopping

Had a great time, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The only down side was pool was locked the entire time we were there. It was double red flag at the beach so not being able to get in the pool.

Adorably decorated.

Overall was nice. Bed was comfortable, ac worked well. But back sliding door was messed up making sitting on the balcony very difficult. Toaster was broken—not a big deal.

Good for families

We stayed here with our 9 and 11 year old son. Pros: Clean Close to beach Budget friendly Nice and comfortable Air conditioning was so good Cons Sliding glass door heavy and off track hard to open and close No wifi. Code given didn’t work and additional information given didn’t work. No communication from Vacasa. I would stay here again. It’s a nice condo and looks Exactly as pictured.

No Tv. Firestick was missing and could not be replaced in time.

Very reasonable rate but property was run down and much of the furniture was in bad condition. There was also smoke smell in a non smoking rental.

Dirty sofa bed sheets

Sofa bed sheets were very dirty and you can tell they were not change in a very long time. I wish i can upload the pictures i took. Reported this same day and it was take care until next day. Very disappointed.

Change your management service

We stay for the Jazz Festival. Love the location..! The bathroom smelled like piss. Please have the cleaning crew use some bleach on the floor. It was really bad. The coffee maker was pot-less. We had to use a spoon to hold the drip plunger to drain. Sort of funny bit a pain in the ass for five days. We washed all silverware prior to use. Did not appear to have been done. Thermostat battery flashing low..........Other than that, we loved it.

Unexpected ....

The condo was nice, but not equipped with all that we needed. Soap for the dishes and hands were not supplied. Not one cleaning product to clean anything, just 1 sponge and 1 garbage bag. For the time that we were there we were not anticipating spending money on these items and then what were we to do with them after we left. Can't take them on the plane home. There were several dishes and pans that were put away dirty as well.

Never had a key code sent to my email. So I had to wait out side for a hour until I called guest services because there was not a office manager on site.
