Great View!

This is a beautiful condo. Very large and well kept. It's exactly as represented in the listing and the view is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay there again.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo with a view. Was a short stay for us and sad to leave so soon. We have always loved Destin and this condo was the icing on the cake!

Excellent Stay

Me and my family were blow away with our unit. It was clean upon arrival and didn’t disappoint. We had more than enough room for me, my wife and 4 kids. We’re definitely going to be back!!!!!!

Excellent

The condo was very spacious and well kept! The kitchen had all appliances, plates/utensils, and cookware needed. Check in and check out went very smoothly. Sterling Shores itself is a beautiful property with a wonderful pool and access to beach! We’ll be back next year!

Spacious Accommodations

This condo was amazing! Beautiful views and so much space for us to spread out. We didn't cook while there but the kitchen seemed to have everything needed had we wanted to. This was our first time using VRBO and with all the communications we received, arriving and departing was easy. The beach was one of the prettiest beaches I've ever seen! We definitely recommend!

We Enjoyed Our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and available to use. The 9th floor views were breathtaking, we could see everything, from the top. The decor was beautiful, it felt like a home away from home. There was plenty of room, for 3 adults and a kid. We really wish we had invited more people. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Great

The only downside was only one elevator working most of the time. But the 901 condo was wonderful clean has a lot of room slept 7 comfortably good views of the beach would recommend it to anyone and will probably rent it again in the future

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at condo #901. The corner unit had great views. It was very spacious. Close to everything. Nice being right by The Back Porch. We had dinner there the first night. We ordered lunch from there on our longest beach day. Enjoyed the beautiful and kid friendly pool. It was also nice having the extra pool right on the beach with the cantina if you wanted to purchase drinks /snacks beachside/poolside. The walk to the beach was very easy. I was concerned about that, but it was super easy. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful condo! Have been to 3 other condos in this complex but 901 by far the very best! Lots of rooms for all 7 adults plus a 1 year old. Highly recommend this unit (901). Beach was gorgeous ! Having 2 pools to choose from was great. Our only gripe was the Tiki bar ....we had been told several times that it would be open thru late September. It was only open 2 days for an hour & half each of those days. Not a real big deal but a few of us we're looking forward to having some drinks and food . Over all? We're going back to this complex again and staying at 901 again!

Fantastic, Beautiful Condo!!!

Sterling Shores is the ONLY place we stay when we visit Destin. This particular condo was, by far, the nicest we've had yet! It was beautifully decorated, plenty of space for our family of 7, and had an amazing balcony with very nice lounge chairs to enjoy the fantastic view!! The kitchen was well stocked with pretty much anything you could possibly need, including a Keurig which I absolutely loved! There was a huge pantry, so any food/snacks you bring/buy fit nicely in there! The closets in all the rooms were very nice and big too! The full-size washer was a huge plus for washing towels. I can't say enough about this condo, I would highly recommend staying here!! (Although adding a pizza cutter to your kitchen utensils would be handy!! LOL!)

Vacasa property in Destin, FL

I stay at this particular property at least once a year. This year, there were 5 adults on the trip. I booked a 3br/3ba unit so everyone wouldn’t have to cram into two bathrooms. The bathroom in the third bedroom had no hot water. We notified Vacasa as soon as we discovered this on Monday. After multiple phone calls and trips to the office, the hot water heater was finally replaced on SATURDAY. Vacasa was less than apologetic for our inconvenience. I was refunded a few hundred dollars and was told that I would not be receiving any additional refund for the “minor bathroom repairs”.

Great property

Sterling Shores is a very nice property. Great pools and beautiful landscaping. The layout of 901 is great. Balcony is large and has very nice furniture. We were there during Hurricane Sally so we didn’t get to use it much. The carpet in this unit is in desperate need of cleaning or replacement. The master bedroom blind was broken upon arrival. I will say we did feel safe in the building during the hurricane. The property’s inside stairwell just outside our unit was completely dark during the power outage, however. We ended up having to walk down the exterior stairs during high wind and hard rain. Would suggest adding emergency lighting to that stairwell.
