Beach House B503



The Space:

Beach House 503B is a recently fully-renovated, condo boasting breathtaking Gulf-front views of the sparkling crystal-clear waters. With a king-size bed in the main bedroom, two full-size beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room, Beach House 503B accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. Upon entering, you will find gorgeous tile flooring, beachy décor and furnishings, and incredible views from the private fifth-floor balcony. A light and inviting ambience await you in your next home away from home. The welcoming guest bedroom is located to the left of the entrance and offers two comfortable double beds as well as a TV for added entertainment. Enjoy access to the guest bathroom, featuring a single vanity surrounded by granite countertops, as well as a gorgeously-tiled tub/shower combination and beachy décor. There is a washer/dryer at the end of the hall as well, allowing you to pack lightly to leave plenty of room for souvenirs. The shared outdoor pool will be there all day for a refreshing splash.



This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Enjoy a unique movie-going experience at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10, three miles away.

I'd Stay There Again

The condo was very comfortable, in a great location and met our needs. The only issue was sand not swept up by the cleaning staff, but we still enjoyed out stay.

The Condo was AMAZING!! The Condo was very spacious, clean, and very welcoming. Thus Condo was directly on the beach, with private beach access. I would definitely recommend this Condo, and be staying her again.

Great week with family

This is our 2nd year staying at the Beach House. But this unit made it even better than last year! Updated & well-stocked kitchen, full size washer/dryer, updated master shower, great decor and lots of seating.

Great place

Very nice and clean, Looks like recently updated. Needs a few more . Master bedroom bed sinks in middle . Bed is very wobbly. Middle brace under bed is broken . Also need a few more cooking utensils and cookie sheet to cook biscuits on .

Great location and view

As photos show. Older building, nice renovation on this unit. The location is good, the view is great! I would stay here again - Our only comment that could make it better: The beds were not comfortable and I would say not good quality - tough to rest and the floors were dirty. The unit was over all clean and very nice!

Super Cute

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures and so close to the beach!! We enjoyed our stay and the complimentary chairs and umbrella on the beach. The beach and water were so beautiful. I would have loved for the kitchen appliances to be listed, so we would have known what to bring or not bring. We would definitely book again in the future!! Thank you!!

The view is fantastic. The condo is great. There were noise one night coming from the unit below us. The music was loud in the balcony. Rules of noise needs to be enforced.

Girls trip!

Our stay was great, the condo was perfect and clean and totally worth it, only problem we had was with parking. There is technically only one spot alloyed per condo and it was very unclear where any other vehicles with your party were to park. There was not any assigned parking lot or anything and when I messaged asking about it I still got a vague answer of parking is elsewhere.

That said, we apologize for any clarification you needed regarding parking. Our local manager assured us that parking at the property is under the control of the Homeowners Association. They have set the 1 parking pass per unit standard which is mentioned in the guest notes when booking. Additional parking at off-site locations is available on request. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again.

Big parking lot!! But only one car parking!!

We love to stay here ! Never have we been told we can only park one car there! Plenty of empty parking spaces! But we had to take our other car and park it some where else! That was arragevating !!! Need to change policy back ! 6 or more people can’t ride in one car with all your stuff!! RRidiculous!!!

Pros and Cons

PROS: good location with close proximity to grocery store, drug store, and dining options all nearby; plenty of space on the beach, with beach service available; good views; nice countertops throughout; nice showers; slightly strange washer/dryer configuration, but it did provide for a roomier more open feel to the condo; provided floor fan in master bedroom CONS: prevalent faint garbage smell upon arrival and throughout the entire time in the unit around the kitchen area; the only window coverings in the master bedroom were the paper accordion blinds that you tape up, which both looked terrible and provided virtually no light blocking; no bedskirt on master bed and uncomfortable spring mattress that made you feel every movement from your partner; dishwasher liquid/pod holder broken such that it did not operate properly; dirty dishes in cupboard that caused us to have to hand wash before use; empty water bottles and other debris under bed and edges of cabinets upon arrival; minimum temp for a/c is 68, and it takes a long time to reach that temp even in April when it's only in the 70's outside; dimly lit with no overhead fixtures (or fans) in bedrooms; faulty lamps in several rooms that need to be replaced
