The Space:

This stunning third-floor condo boasts balcony views of the Gulf of Mexico and an open layout perfect for a family vacation or getaway with friends! Being just a short walk away from the beach and sporting tennis courts and a shared pool, each guest can choose their own type of vacation! The warm interior lets up to six guests feel right at home, while the full kitchen has ample counter space to make a delicious meal for the whole group. Take a glass of wine out to the balcony to watch the sunset and head into the master bathroom for a soak in the jetted tub for some solitary relaxation. Finish the night with a movie on the flatscreen TV and recharge for the next day's activities.



This location is hard to beat, as many things are just a short walk away. Make sure to stop by The Perfect Pig for the perfect happy hour and great food. Or walk across the street to Shunk Gulley for balcony views of the Gulf and the most amazing duck-fat-fries. Do some shopping at the 30A store or several of the other boutiques on the property. Take a short drive to Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club for an afternoon with friends or head 15-mile west to the well-known fishing village of Destin, FL. For a bit of trees and fresh air, head over to Longleaf Pine Trailhead and explore the diversity of the landscape here in Santa Rosa Beach.

It was a little difficult to find at night. Mentioning a landmark might be a good idea. The garbage truck runs a bit too early but other than that, it was close to perfect!It was extremely close to everything we planned on doing while we were there. Beautiful view!

Location Location Location!

This property was perfect for my 2 friends and I to getaway for the long weekend! The location was great! Easy access to the beach and all of the local shops and restaurants. 10/10 Would recommend and stay again!

Location is excellent!

Beach is very short walk as well as restaurants and shopping. I always enjoy my bike rides in the quiet neighborhood.

Weekend stay

We arrived in Santa Rosa early and needed a place to stay for the weekend before joining family for the week. This condo was just what we needed. Close to the beach and town. I would highly recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Great location

The unit is larger than pictured and is in a great location. Balcony is small but has a great ocean view. The furniture is a bit dated but everything was clean and unit is well kept. Would stay again. :-)

Great location!

All about the location for this rental! Outside porch has a beautiful ocean view, and this unit is right across from 2 or the Gulf Place private beach entrances. The inside is basic and dated, and the mattresses could use replacing, but we would probably stay again bc of the price and location.

Great Property

This unit is awesome. The only complaint is that they are doing construction across the street and there was a compressor running 24 hours a day. I would definitely stay here again.

Great little but spacious place by the sea

We love this community! Great spaces for kids and adults alike. Down sides include constant construction across the street which starts at 7AM and obstructs the view & in this unit they left only one pack to wash clothes and dishes (next door leaves several and coffee, etc.) We will be back.

Excellent Stay

The property was clean overall and the proximity to the beach was a huge plus. Check-in and check-out was a breeze as I received a text message with the code and when we checked out. I called Vacasa to assist with the WiFi and they tried to help me troubleshoot and said I'd receive a call, however, I did not receive a call. Other than that, will definitely be back!

Loved our rantal

We stayed for 3 nights in the Studio rental. There were 4 of us total and we had plenty of room. The bedroom area is separated but open to the room. This was no problem for our family. The room was very equiped with everything we needed and had plenty of towels. We can't wait to go back!

A lovely place!

My cousin just turned 40 and I thought this would be a great girls' weekend getaway. I was right! It was perfect for me and my cousin, and my sister-in-law. The unit has a very homey feel and the staff of Vacasa was a huge help and super friendly! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Close to Gulf, could be cleaner

It was a cute place, a studio like we expected, but It could be cleaner. There was sand on the floor before we got there, abuts on the counter, and dust (that you could see) on the ceiling fan.

Enjoyable property

We enjoyed our stay. Property nice and well stocked with necessities. However the elevator had a smell and didn’t seem clean. Blinds in property needed cleaning. We arrived Sat. Did not receive beach code or WiFi info until Sun pm.

Good quick stay

Great location. Could have used a little more cleaning and needs some updates/mini renovations, but was so cheap I didn’t expect it to be all new. Right by restaurants and easy beach access. We only stayed for two nights, and weren’t in the room much so it worked for us. If we had been there for a week, I likely wouldn’t return for a lengthy stay to this particular property, but would definitely return to the area.

Gulf Place

We had a wonderful time. Recommend that they property dispose of some of their beddings - specifically the sheets and replace with new! We alerted the contact as soon as we got there and noticed that a few of the pillowcases appeared to have stains. It would be great in their description about the pools to explain they are not located with Gulf Place but are across the street in another property. It’s listed as shared and the name of Cabana but if you don’t know that Cabana is another property you’d think it was the name of the pool. We literally picked the place for a two night stay- cost and location w easy access to beach. It served the purpose.
