The Space:

Sitting just a short stroll from the stunning waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this adorable condo is perfect for a small group of friends to get some much-needed time on the sand away from it all. The welcoming interior and full kitchen will allow each guest to feel right at home and cook a vacation-worthy meal with ease. The shared pool area and tennis courts are perfect for a day of fun in the sun when you aren't at the beach and the close proximity to shopping is hard to beat. Enjoy a meal out on the private balcony each night with a glass of wine and finish the day with a relaxing soak in the jetted tub.



This location is hard to beat, as many things are just a short walk away. Make sure to stop by The Perfect Pig for the perfect happy hour and great food. Or walk across the street to Shunk Gulley for balcony views of the Gulf and the most amazing duck-fat-fries. Do some shopping at the 30A store or several of the other boutiques on the property. Take a short drive to Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club for an afternoon with friends or head 15-mile west to the well-known fishing village of Destin, FL. For a bit of trees and fresh air, head over to Longleaf Pine Trailhead and explore the diversity of the landscape here in Santa Rosa Beach.

Great location and plenty of room for my son and I! The place was clean, well kept and spacious. The only negative was that the toilet stopped flushing a few times and I had to take off the back and fix the chain myself and the shower didn’t drain well, but outside of the plumbing issues it was a nice place! Would recommend and will likely stay again!

Amazing location!

We had a great stay! Location and the balcony were amazing. I did notice the actual bed is a full size, and the pull out couch is the queen size.

Weekend getaway

Perfect location for a quick weekend getaway. Yards away from great restaurants, shopping, and beach. Small room but plenty for my wife and me. We’ll definitely plan to stay again.

The property is cute. Having looked into others, the LOCATION could not be beat. Santa Rosa Beach and Gulf Place made it easy to relax,sight see surrounding areas and head to the beach.

Excellent room!!

Room was very clean and exactly as pictured. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed could have been a bit softer but we slept great none the less.

Perfect family spot

My husband came down with our son and this was the perfect place for the 3 of us. Beautiful view of the ocean and clean room, my son was also really excited about sleeping on the pullout sofa. The area is wonderful with lots of shops and dining options within walking distance.

Lovely apartment at the beach

This was a clean 3rd floor apartment within 1 minute walk from beach, as well as several pools, shops and restaurants, on the lovely Route 30A.

Wonderful!

We had such a great time renting at Gulf Place. The location is amazing! We were right across the street from the beach! Everything was clean and looked updated and we were able to check in early with no issues. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location for a couple

We absolutely loved our stay here!! It’s just enough for a couple and very conveniently located! My only complaint would be the bed!! I feel that it could be updated and more stable! Other than that, we cannot wait to stay here again!

Great Location

The condo was perfect size for my husband and I. The location was a quick walk across the street to the beach. The balcony had a view of the water. Although the condo was facing the street we never heard any noises. Would stay there again.

This was a cozy place, super close to the beach and the pools were great. Only downside was the blanket was super thin, thankfully it wasn't too cold the nights we were there. There was no blow dryer. Overall great, would totally stay here again

2nd Stay

This was our second stay and we were just as pleased as the first. I do wish they'd add a night stand by the bed for things such as a CPAP machine. It's a perfect size for a couple. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, easy beach access. We'll be back next year.

The condo was fine, but is a studio. Big enough for two. Patio door doesn’t lock. TV wouldn’t work and hair dryer was sparking. We had neighbors blaring music at 6:30am in what is an adjoining unit. Otherwise decent place.

Gulf Place 2023

The proximity to the beach, shops, pools & food are the reasons to stay. This property provided an adequate stay for the price point, but could be sorely improved with a few upgrades, and thoughtful additions i.e. tv cabinet serving as dresser/night table needs to go and adding a reading light would be wonderful. Also, balcony and bistro chairs were nice but a new table would have made a big difference. Great service from the staff!

Quick stay

The only thing that wasn’t great was the bed. It wasn’t the same bed as the picture and I think it said queen, but think that bed was a full? Very small. Otherwise it was okay. A lady got arrested right outside our balcony. Interesting evening.

Annual Summer Beach Trip

We've been staying in unit 308 for a few years and were unable to secure it for our visit this year. This unit, 306 is our new favorite. Very clean, great view from the balcony, just all around perfect. If there were any recommendation at all it would be some kind of night stand. My husband uses a C-pap and we had to pull a kitchen chair up by the bed for him to use it while he slept. Other than that, it was perfection. We'll be back for years to come!

A little disappointed

The location and beach access of this property is excellent, but it is not spacious as advertised and does not look as light and airy as the picture. It has been recently painted a dark gray color and the decorations are all dark colors. Not very beachy. It seemed cleaned properly, but all the drains were clogged and we had to showers in standing water and it felt disgusting. One of the bath towels was old and had a dark stain on I. It should have been thrown away. Also, when I arrived the first evening the elevator was out of service and I had to climb up to the third floor hauling all of my stuff. I realize stuff like this happens but it was very inconvenient.

Great Location, Great time, but Property not well kept, dirty

Property was filthy. Had to request new linen as there was sand in the existing sheets on bed and pull out couch bed. Check underneath the bed, it has probably never been cleaned or swept in months, perhaps years. This is also evident in the grime and dirt on the light switches throughout the property Given the cost, improvements are grossly needed in terms of cleanliness. It is evident that as soon as a party checks out, the cleaning crew spends minimal time in having the property cleaned for the next party. Great location, will return again to 30A Gulf Place, but not at a property managed by Vacasa. I seriously doubt the owners of this property would be pleased in the property upkeep.
