The Space:

This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Other features of this updated vacation rental include new stainless steel appliances. The living room and bedroom have smart TVs and DVD players.



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Overall we had a very nice stay. The view was amazing and the beach was gorgeous!! The bed was comfortable, decor was nice and overall a clean place. Would recommend!!

Very convenient

Nice condo, facility has a restroom downstairs right beside the beach, it was very nice not having to go All the way up to the room during the day! We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Loved

My husband and I had a night getaway and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. View was amazing and the location was key. We will def be saving this place and going back.

Comforting Vacation

My family stayed for 5 days. The property was clean and stayed that way. We were able to visit the beach for a few days given the tropical storm that was on the way. We really enjoyed restaurants nearby and conveniently located near us. Overall we had a great time here. Will definitely come back!

Weekend getaway

Condo was clean, bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and it was nice that there was storage shelves in bath! Really enjoyed our beautiful view and the balcony! Nice pool, lovely beach access access to 2 chairs and umbrella on beach! The only thing I thought was missing was comfy pillows for sofa and chair and more novels and maybe a game or 2.

Great stay and view.

Place was clean and ready. View was exceptional. Clean beach, with supplies chairs and umbrellas. Almost every basics you need is supplied. Bring your own paper products (and coffee filters) if you're staying more than 2 days. Publix grocery 2 miles away. The bed was atrocious, squeaked with every move and extremely uncomfortable.

Snowbird trip

Property was as pictured. Bed was comfortable. Balcony view was great for beach watching and sunsets. Just a few things I would recommend. Needs grab bar in shower, more knife utensils, a Watch Your Step sign on the balcony door. Both my husband and I kept tripping over the threshold. I made a paper sign reminder. Overall it was a nice facility. We would stay again on future trips.

There is a light right outside the bedroom window that shines all night. Airforce and navy planes and copters scream up and down the beach all day, and drop bombs at night just down the way.

Wonderful Beach Condo

This condo was exceptional for the price. Beach front only steps to the ocean with back patio overlooking. The condo was very clean upon arrival and to our surprise had been recently remodeled with new furniture from the listing photos. Decorated nicely and was stocked with most kitchen appliances, pots/pans, blender that you need. Check-in, out also was very easy with Vaca staff on site you can also check-out tennis rackets to play for free while there the kids enjoyed this. There is not washer and dryer in each condo which we knew from previously staying here many years ago. But the community condo laundry room was easily accessible and cost was $2 a load that could be done while you enjoy the beach/pool. Extremely pleased with our stay here and can’t beat it for the price!

Nice 1 BR unit overlooking beach

The unit itself was a nice, 1 BR unit. Kitchen lights were always flickering, I’m hopeful that has been fixed by now. Biggest issue was chain smoker in unit next door; so we could never use the balcony. Called property manager every day of stay and they would never talk to renters. Our unit and the unit next door were both listed as non smoking and we believed them. Left early due to no help from property management.
