This Gulf view escape has everything your family and friends will need to sit back and relax on vacation. Enjoy a view of the beach from the private balcony, a fully equipped kitchen that will make preparing meals and beach snacks a breeze, and shared access to an outdoor pool, a hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, and a fitness center at the resort!

What's nearby:

This condo is located in the Surfside Resort, which is separated by only a sky bridge from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. You'll even have two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella to use on the sand. Shop the many stores located at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets (two miles northeast) and the outdoor Destin Commons Mall (four miles west). You can also dine at the resort's Royal Palm Grille or eat beachfront at Pompano Joe's and The Surf Hut.

Next to the Caribbean

This was one of the most pleasant experiences, I ever had as far as checking in and friendly staff. The place was clean and had a nice view of the beach. The balcony was huge and I would rent there again. I stay in 808 very nice.

Beautiful view and updated condo

We had a great time. Loved the location with the skywalk to the beach and beach bar. Our room was updated. Clean. Nice staff. Will be back.

Oceanfront Condo

Beautiful oceanfront condo steps from beach! Very clean and well appointed two bedroom with full kitchen and dining room table. We loved the balcony and view of the Gulf of Mexico. Close to many restaurants and grocery stores. We will be back. Hot tubs were appreciated as well :-)

Great location!

Great location & amenities! Loved the walkway over the road & that the chairs & umbrella were included in price . Was irritated that the ad specified to call about early check in & texts saying it may be possible from 12-3. However, the front desk basically said No early were possible there, it should read NO Early under any circumstances then . We arrived at 8am & could have taken a later flight if knew early wasn’t even possible. Other than that it was great!

This condo was amazing and beautiful. The only issue was the sheets in the master bedroom were too little and kept coming off and several mornings there was loud, banging or hammering that would wake us up and continue for a good while. I finally did call in regards to it and it stopped for the last couple of days finally.

Summer trip

This condo is very nice the pictures are accurate. The building itself is kind of old. I hated having to check in at front desk exactly at 4 for parking pass and only one elevator. The parking for bigger vehicles is limited the parking deck has some low areas that our truck wouldn't go thru so we left it parked in the open parking area which is limited. You cant park golf carts on this property. We rented a golf cart and just parked it at the place we rented from each night. The area is very nice and lots of things in walking distance. This condo has a regular coffee pot for coffee drinkers. None of the things I mentioned ruined our trip or anything just wanted to prepare future guest. We loved our stay! And the restaurant at this property is really good!

Love Destin and Surfside, but this unit not so much

Great building with parking garage and marvelous views. I know it sounds petty, but I was disappointed by some aspects of this condo. Although it seems to have been refurnished recently, the four upholstered chairs and the sofa were really uncomfortable. The lighting in the living area consisted of one squatty lamp on a side table about 15" high. We were never able to find a way to turn on the only other lamp. By contrast, the chandelier over the dinette table was far too strong with 4 high wattage blue white bulbs. The balcony table and stools and the dinette table and stools were all bar height--no fun for senior citizens and impossible for children. On the plus side, the bathrooms were fine and properly lighted, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was comfortable.This area has many eating places, even a restaurant inside the building. Silver Sands Outlet Mall is less than a mile away. Late April & early May are the BEST time to be in Destin.

Not impressed

Our first 3 days half our condos AC unit was out and wouldn’t get cooler than 78. We couldn’t use one of the bedrooms. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone it took me saying I wanted a refund before someone came and installed a window unit. The first night we had to drive around for 30 minutes because there wasn’t any parking. Again we couldn’t get any help with this, we had to park on the sea wall and cross our fingers that our vehicle wouldn’t get towed.
