This beautiful condo has everything you need for your next vacation, including lovely upscale amenities like granite countertops, a well-equipped kitchen, TVs throughout, and a spacious main bedroom with Gulf-facing views. All this with the world-class resort amenities (including a shared pool) make this the perfect vacation location.



The bunk bedroom is small (no closet)

No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini vehicles, boats, or trailers allowed on the property

Very nice condo!

We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed everything Panama City had to offer. The condo was conveniently located to everything Including pier park. Highly recommend!

Peaceful and relaxing home away from home

The unit was very clean with up to date furniture, kitchen appliances, huge walk in showers and comfortable beds. When you walk out on the balcony in the mornings , it’s so nice to have your own private door to go out on balcony which is right off of the master bedroom so you don’t wake up the rest of the house. So relaxing while you enjoy a cup of coffee and take in Gods beautiful creation...... the ocean.

Nice place

Nice place. Furniture is a bit dated. Toilet holder broken in master. Ice maker wouldn’t dispense ice, dishwasher was broken (but being replaced after our stay). Elevators smelled bad and only two available. Overall nice location and great view and beach.

Only 2 parking passes sucks. 3 couples in a 3 bedroom and only 2 passes very inconvenient!

The elevators were awful. Lots of traffic for 23 floors and not enough elevators. The room was clean but won’t stay again.

July 4th weekend

Our condo was fabulous. The location and privacy was awesome even on July 4th weekend. Our side of the beach was not overpacked like the others. It was perfect for Covid distancing. My only complaint is there’s only 2 elevators for the whole condo. The flow of the line to get up when we’re checking in was crazy. It was hot and a long line considering everyone has carts and luggage not many people can fit so that wait was extra long

The location is perfect. The building is perfect. The unit needs attention immediately to the balcony grill. It caught fire and we even cleaned it first.. maintenance had to wake us up early several days because of a possible leak.. NO LEAK EVER FOUND. No extra blankets or pillows for the couch. NOnly 6 towels in the whole place. Dirty floors and under the beds look horrible.. FOUND....

Experience

Asked question twice in June and never received a response. When arrived at hotel no carts available. Was advised people leave their license and keep.for days in their room. Why isnt there a time limit. Not unusal.for only one elevator working during our stay. Dis not feel like social distancing was enforced with beach chair set up. Resort was nice but not sure if I would.use this site again.

Breathtaking views of the ocean

We loved our stay at Sterling Breeze. The views were breathtaking and we loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and at night listening to the waves. When we first got into the condo and was checking out the rooms, we had noticed a small pink pill laying on the master bathroom floor, which thankfully we had found and our children hadn’t. We quickly threw it away. Another downfall was the elevators. There was times we would have to stand there waiting for one of the two elevators for a good 5 minutes. It would’ve also been nice to have had a public bathroom location on the lobby floors instead of having to go all the way up to the 10th floor when you need to go. It made it rough being on the beach, and having to go into the building, wait for an elevator, and go all the way back up to the 10th floor, then go all the way back down to the beach. Other than them few things, we definitely enjoyed our stay.

There were many issues that I reported and no one came to fix any of them.

•Shower door does not close/seal in front bathroom. Water pours on the floor. •light out above kitchen table •blender does not work. Needs to be replaced. •not enough seating in the den. Seating space for 4. Unit sleeps 6 or 8 •dishwasher start button is missing/broken. •TV is old. Need a smart TV. No closed captioning. No menu. Laminated piece of paper for a guide. •Toilet paper holder in master bathroom. comes completely off the wall. •light above sink in master bathroom is off then on •dishes not clean

Sterling Breeze 1004

We have stayed at many condos in PCB and this was the worse experience so far. After being in the condo one night the air did not cool properly and was on a monitored system. Called Vacasa to report the problem and they said they would send someone out. Never heard from or received a maintenance visit. The air continued to cool slightly and then stopped all together. Called about the air again after our third day and the temperature in the condo ranging from 76-80 and was told that there was a report to the front desk that the air was not working. We never received a call letting us know of the update about the air. Was told again someone would be servicing the air. We finally received service and found out the unit froze up and a part had to be ordered. We requested a move and was moved into a different unit. I will also say there is one pool security guy at the property that is ridiculous. Constantly checking for armbands, even when you are just walking through the pool area to the beach. Always getting on to people at the pool for very minor things. We had our belongings very close to one of the lounge chairs and he bag an moving out items without our permission. Also they lock up all carts and shopping carts to where you have to call security and leave your id just to get a cart. This is a hassle when you are trying to unload and load up after m hours and also when you are trying to bring in groceries. Will also say they only had working elevator for couple of days.
