High Pointe 1313 You're going to love your next Santa Rosa Beach adventure when you book this homey third-floor villa overlooking the attractive resort of High Pointe in Seacrest Beach. You will feel right at home the moment you see the comfortable new furnishings, comfy new carpet, the well-equipped kitchen, and the incredible pool views from the private balcony. Play a game of tennis or pickleball down at the shared court then go for a long walk along the beach - it's just 350 yards away!



Crabby Steve’s restaurant is located onsite for seafood, burgers, wraps, and more! Nature-lover? You should definitely check out Public Access Point Washington State Forest, only six and a half miles away, to see a fantastic diversity of ecosystems including sandhills, wet flatwoods, basin swamps, cypress swamps, and wet prairies. Maybe you'd like to get out on the ocean? Charter a boat with 30-Angler, just under two miles away, to get right in the middle of some of the Gulf's best fishing waters.

Great Accommodations

This is my favorite condo so far at High Pointe. I love the layout and the view. Kitchen was well stocked and furniture was very nice and comfortable. Definitely will reserve this unit again!

Very enjoyable beach get away!

Very nice place. It has a nice, large pool, easy access to beach & a casual lunch spot. Our condo was clean and comfortable. The property is gated so very secure- even walkers must have code access to the gate. We would recommend High Pointe in Seacrest Beach!

Beautiful property & prime location

The condo was well appointed, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and right on the beach. Phenomenal listing and excellent condo complex overall. Reviews citing High Point Resort as “outdated” do not apply to this particular condo.

Great location

This is a great location for a family staying in the busy and fun Rosemary area. The biggest benefit to this location is the private beach area which is significantly less crowded than neighboring properties. The condo condition was consistent with the pictures and reviews. The condo is not updated but was sufficient for having a great stay at High Pointe.

Fantastic Stay!

The condo was so conveniently located to walking distance to everything in Rosemary Beach. It was very clean and just as pictured. Plenty of everything in the kitchen and service for a large group. Gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony overlooking the pool. You have a choice of elevator or stairs. Also in the lobby there is a luggage cart to use when you arrive and a grocery cart to make getting your groceries from your car to your condo a whole lot easier. I would highly recommend this condo! Our stay was absolutely fabulous!!

Great location, few basic amenities

The property was very clean, had great ocean views and access and bedrooms were a decent size. Only issue that we had was that it was very light on basic amenities such as beach towels, hairdryer, garbage bags, coffee filters, etc. There wasn’t even salt & pepper. Other than those small items, property was very comfortable and convenient to all of Rosemary Beach.

Great Area/Location

High Pointe was right in the center of everything. Condo came with two bikes and two beach chairs/umbrella. Get there at 9:00 to get a spot on the beach. We had to two young children with us and it was so easy to get around. We rented a "cab" for the back of one bike to get around town. Publix within driving distance. My only complaint is there were no cleaning materials (spray, wipes). It would have been nice to have that. There was also no spices and items on hand in the condo to use for cooking. If you need that you would have to purchase on your own. Overall I was very pleased with our stay.

Vacasa Manages this Property - BEWARE

We stayed May 28-June 4, 2022. The glorious pool that we chose to pay double to stay at and the only reason we chose this over-priced rental was closed the duration we were there and despite multiple attempts, Vacasa was not willing to discuss compensation or even communicate with us at all through the waiting process. The only information we received was from talking with the pool maintenance people every day. I provided suggestions such as providing us a pass to another property in the area they manage. No responses received from them. I attempted to report an issue with the sliding glass door, again no response from Vacasa. I was not given any means of communicating with the owners directly. Others staying there told me they were already provided refunds and compensation for the inconvenience on red flag and rip tide days which were in effect every day we were there. Unit was decent. The beds were comfortable and the place was generally clean (except the floors left black residue on a napkin when I wiped the floor when something dropped). The sliding glass door would get stuck open and often times was difficult to open. I hope the owners discontinue their relationship with Vacasa as they do not communicate at all. I also recommend everyone avoid ever renting a property managed by Vacasa. They clearly do not care about customer relations. I will never rent a place managed by Vacasa again.
