The Space:

This beautiful, top-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes an entire wall comprised of a floor-to-ceiling glass balcony door in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is also a full view of the emerald waters from the windows. Other features of this light and airy, decorated vacation rental include a large smart TV in the living room, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances - a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher - along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Both bathrooms have been renovated and include vanity, light fixtures, and cabinets, with the primary bath featuring a walk-in shower with a seat. The living room has a stereo system, leather sofa bed and sofa, and several games and puzzles for the kids, while the bedrooms also include new smart TVs. This condo has linens and towels provided for comfort and a full-size washer/dryer in the home. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together.



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

The location was perfect! Steps from the beach, minutes from food, and a short drive to Destin if you wanted a different beach setting.

This property is exactly as shown in pictures. Very clean, great location with several awesome restaurants close by. My only small issue is that a hair dryer was not provided. That would be nice to have upon arrival. Great views from the balcony!

The property was dusty and very outdated. Hitting your feet on stuff crammed under the bed in master BR. The 70’s Stereo could go to create more room. Cramped.

Decent

The condo was decent but overpriced for a unit that could have been cleaner with better aesthetics. The couch was clean but old and sunken in. Very uncomfortable for sitting. The unit needs cleaned better. There was no communication about the beach service chairs which was confusing the first 2 days. The pool deck and area needs cleaned daily. There was a used bandaid on the pool deck shower area for days. The unit had a fantastic oven with air fryer option. The master bed was comfortable but not the twins. The condo building was nice and upkept except for pool deck issues.
