Have stayed at 904 before and always enjoyed it. This time was no different. Love the view from the balcony.

Great communication, clean rooms, our car passes were filled out incorrectly that were left for us, so we got a notice from HOA, about getting those fixed before being towed. No biggie! The codes were updated while there for the beach access so we were locked out of the beach access, but asked someone for the code. All in all a great vacation! HOA people seem to be walking about daily!

This place was very well kept & clean! Very comfy beds & good water pressure in the showers!!

Had to wash bed linens. Carpets were filthy, tile grout was filthy, lot of burned out lights, had to replace battery in clock, wet towels were left in the dryer. Appliances were outdated and need maintenance, Mattress in the master has permanent indentations of many bodies that slept on it. Needs new mattresses. Avari gave us a bad code for the entry door, all wrong codes for beach access. Had to get a maintenance man give us the correct code. Almost got my truck towed because Host failed to put the year in the parking pass. This place is in need of real attention. 904 is one we will never book again.

Not bad for the price. Could have been cleaned a bit better. Our code to the door was changed 1 hour prior to checkout. One of the bathroom sinks did not have hot water. One of the showers made a loud squealing sound. Sofas need to be changed out as they smelled like sweat. Dining room light did not work. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers in the shower were all empty. Nice view and pool area. Parking was easy and ample. Communication via the VRBO app was great! Plenty of things to do in the area.
