The Space:

All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association.



Enjoy terrific Gulf-front views and beach access from this high-end Sterling Reef condo and experience a vacation of a lifetime! This condo is on the top floor and has the best unobstructed Gulf views in the entire building. You and your group will definitely enjoy all of the on-site resort amenities that include swimming pools and a pool area with lounge chairs, a fully equipped fitness room, a furnished patio with shared grills to show off your cooking skills, and a balcony with water views! Make use of the beach access located right in the pool area for more convenience!



In addition to being located right on the beach, this complex is right across the street from Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Visit other attractions, such as the Panama Dunes Adventure Park and The Original Goofy Golf, and dine out at great local restaurants. Explore all the exciting options that the area has to offer within walking distance of your condo!



THINGS TO KNOW

After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.

No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

This rental is located on floor 19 (PH) Penthouse above the parking garage.

The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1

Loved the View from 1907!!

Great location, GREAT view !!!!. The condo was very large and clean. My only complainant would be the beds, they were very hard and made noise every time you moved. My family had a great time.

Beautiful place to take her!!

She had never been to the beach and neither had her girls. This was the perfect condo to take her and the family for their first beach experience. I'm afraid I may have created a beach monster.

Beautiful view

Beautiful place , beautiful view and spacious accommodation . But the cleaning was terrible , the sheets were not fresh , the fans and lamp were very dusty , the dirty floor impossible to walk barefoot . Need to pay attention to details!

Great location!

This was a very good location, easy to get around. This condo has amazing views and an awesome patio. It does need to be updated and cleaned. The furniture and drapes are dirty and stained, the shower is moldy, and the beds need to be replaced. Just a little attention to this place would seriously upgrade it.

The view of the beach and the city from this penthouse on the top corner of the 19th floor location was absolutely beautiful. However, there was only one wine glass and things like shampoo or soap or body wash were not provided, which was a bit inconvenient. It would be nice to be informed when booking that these things are not provided. Also, the hair dryer did not work and the toilet paper holder was not attached properly.

Property was nice. Only one elevator made it challenging at times to get up and down from 19th floor. Had to walk the stairs a couple of times due to length of time to get on elevator or elevator not working. Other than that it was nice.

Good trip

It was nice, liked the location, the place could have had more essentials, toilet paper, paper towels,soap, for the price that would of been nice. Some TLC attention to the place would help too. Easier way to communicate with office people upon checking in since office closes at 4 when you are supposed to check in. Over all our first trip was nice we enjoyed it would like to stay with you again. Our other family members stayed at tidewater it’s up keep was excellent, but everything else we preferred you. Thank you,

Condo was clean. Worse beds ever and one of the doors locks was broken call reception they never came up so ocean view from inside The room cause I couldn't go outside my balcony oh and they didn't let me know when my room was ready.

Family Vacation

First I must say we definitely enjoyed our stay and the view is beyond amazing. This could have very well been a 5 star rating however I would say the mattress in the bedroom especially the sofa could be replace. No cover was left for the sofa bed and no extra tissue only one roll per bathroom. No extra towels are giving I have to wash the ones they leave for you. Elevator has a wait from time to time but wasn’t so bad just hot being that there is no air but I enjoyed and I would definitely go back and I would also recommend..

Nice view but needs updating

The condo had an excellent location. Everything was accessible in the area. Now...the mattress in all rooms needs to be replaced. They were hard and ungiving. The house did not have covers for the pull out couch and it also can use an updating. I think a supply closet would be more useful. There was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. One roll of paper towels in the kitchen. We had to buy suppliers on the evening of the second day. The cooking supplies falls very short of minimum. And last please print instructions for the TV's in each room. I would return again with the updates.

Pictures are Very Deceiving

Don’t let the outdated pictures fool you! Some of the furniture pictured is no longer there and the property needs serious updating and repairs. There are Motel 6s in better condition. The only good thing about this property was the view, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and two parking spots. Prepare yourself for a subpar and stingy property otherwise. Worst paper towels ever! Very stingy with cleaning and toiletry supplies No pool towels Cheap towels and linens No extra pillows or blankets Not enough hygiene provided for length of stay/people Motel 6 will give you more than one roll of toilet paper! Old dingy and broken furniture Garbage left in closets versus items of use Pictures of patio furniture and lounge chairs does not match the cheap gross patio furniture there This is the worst VRBO I’ve ever stayed in.
