Perfect view!!

We loved this condo! Perfect for our family vacation. We loved the view from our balcony and the short trip down to the beach. Location was far enough from the big crowds but close enough for the things we wanted to go do!

Nice Condo

Enjoyed the location, the condo, and the other people (owners and/or guests) that are a part of this building on the Perdido Key shore. Nice to wake to waves and enjoy warm walks on the beach. Condo was spotless and had everything we needed. Relaxing time, and will look forward to coming again.

Great condo

Great condo. Clean, plenty of comfortable living room furniture for relaxing, nice patio set on the balcony, and thick mattress pad for comfort. Thin coverlets on beds though, and not enough extra blankets in the closet. Bring a throw blanket or quilt with you if you sleep cold. Kitchen was adequately stocked, and nice beach umbrella set up. Short walk to beach. Close to plenty of good restaurants.

Great weekend getaway but no Mahi

A well appointed, comfortable condo; just fine for a long weekend getaway! Only disappointing thing was that the cool Mahi Mahi hanging on the wall above the couch, as pictured, is no longer there. Now there are two non-descriptive pictures - not as eye catching or fun/beach-like as the Mahi!

I don’t want to brag too much!

I don’t want to brag too much because I’d like their calendar to not stay as booked 😂. This condo was amazing, everything from parking to access to cleanliness! They provided everything we needed for a peaceful getaway, they also checked in with us on the evening of our first night to make sure everything was up to par. It was the best and least stressful trip we’ve had in a bit. The views were amazing, access to the beach couldn’t have been better, it’s our new favorite beach and our new favorite condo. We will definitely be back!

Great View!

The property was in a great area. Close to Florabama area and Pensecola. View from the balcony was breathtaking. Had a couple issues in the unit but was able to contact the property management company during our stay. We would have liked more blankets for the unit, so we just purchased some of our own. There were some issues with the cleanliness of the unit, which I made them aware of. All in all it was an OK place to stay for what we needed.
