The Space:

This gorgeous, beachfront condo is ready to be your home away from home for your next getaway to the Sunshine State! Admire the unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico from your very own balcony that is equipped with an outdoor dining areaā€“now dining can be al fresco and with a view! After lunch, you can wind down in the living area and watch a movie or head to one of the large swimming pools in the resort and take a dip. If the pools are too crowded, don't worry! The emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are mere steps away, so grab your beach towel and sunscreen and enjoy them carelessly. After spending the day whether at the beach or at one of the shared pools, rest your body in the shared hot tub available. Take care of your physique at the well-equipped fitness room or by playing a game of hoops at the community basketball court.



This beach abode is part of the Tidewater Beach Resort, which is conveniently located just a stone's throw from the beach and ocean and all the fun Panama City Beach has to offer! Stroll along Front Beach Road and you'll find endless dining opportunities. Pier Park is less than one mile away and it's a great place to find unbeatable sales and great stores.



THINGS TO KNOW

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Had a girls week,(we are all moms over 30, but we felt like girls) best ever, condo comes with 4 beach chairs. What a bonus to a perfect place. Perfect sand, water, very clean condo 29th floor, elevator not a problem because we had one at our door that most people didn't know about due to it being at the end of hallway and right around the corner. Soo great, we only left 1 night to go out to eat. Will now be our go to and suggest to everyone place. Been to Florida every summer last 12 years, this one tops all of them!!!!!

Good experience in renting. Communication was great with Vacasa. Wasn’t really sure how to check out though. Ice maker did not work. We reported but no one every came to look at it. Also elevator situation terrible for 30th floor, especially when 2 elevators weren’t working. Condo very spacious and comfortable! Overall nice stay

Dirty and extremely crowded

I know you're thinking well, it's crowded because it's peak season. That's not it. We go to the Gulf coast often and it's not like it is at this resort. There's 2 sections with 4 rows of chairs probably 25 double chairs wide each. Then there's a huge amount roped off on each side of the chairs that you can't use or swim in because of their jet ski rentals. There's no free beach space except in front of all of those rows of chairs so they're all covered with canopy/tents people leave on the beach overnight for the duration of their stay. I've stayed more places than I can remember and this won't be a repeated one for me. Dirty? When we checked in it the floors were so dirty they turned our feet black and were covered in sand and dirt. I had to sweep them myself and couldn't mop them because there wasn't any cleaner in the room to mop with. The bed sheets on every bed had sand in them, didn't smell clean, and had body hair. We had to wash them ourselves. Positives: It was decorated beautifully and the resort itself was nice. The elevator wait was long but that's the same everywhere. It was nice having 2 pools.
