When we got into the unit we could not have been more disappointed. This unit has the potential to be a beautiful stay, but the pictures do not meet what we saw. There was food crumbs across tables, the granite counter was cracked in half, the furniture was run down to bare wood in many spots, the pillows had HUGE stains on them. I could go on and on. I have never stayed in a Vrbo in this condition. When we arrived, we were told the pool was closed. There were signs throughout the facility stating it had been closed for a month and would be opening the day after we left. to make it worse, there was a workers trolley car that came down in front of the balcony and the doors on the balcony did not have locks. The potential of this unit at the property is unreal if managed right. And we would stay in another unit within the property itself in the future. But until this one has some years of positive reviews showing a change in it, There is no way I could recommend this. And the property manager is impossible to get ahold of directly (we did check in on a Sunday). They have no phone numbers and you can only reach them on vrbo texting service. I was only able to reach someone directly because the building management gave me a phone number. (FYI, Builiding management was great, but the don't control the rentals)Sadly we ended up requesting a refund and moving to another place because this one was so dirty and the pool (a big reason we booked it) was closed.
