The Space:

Notice: Beginning in September, 2024, there will be ongoing construction at Lei Lani properties with an expected date of completion in Spring 2026. Jack hammers and workers on scaffolding outside the building and on balconies may occur. Some amenities may require temporary closure. Parking may also be adversely affected. Renovation schedule is estimated and may be affected by weather conditions or other elements outside of the host's control. Lei Lani Village and Lei Lani Mini-Tower properties will be minimally affected, but common areas shared with Lei Lani Tower may be impacted.



This sunny two-bedroom, 2-bath condo is an instant mood booster for the up to four people who choose to vacation here.



Located in Orange Beach, this condo draws your attention immediately to the private balcony with a big view of the white-sand beach and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.



The kitchen is right-sized for up to four people and features an eat-in, countertop-height bar that is an ideal spot for children to dine or even play a game while the grownups prepare a meal.



The Master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, private bath and balcony access. The 2nd bedroom hosts a queen size bed and this unit is perfect for a couple's retreat!



The condo complex features an indoor pool and an outdoor pool on the Gulf side. Across the street, you'll find another outdoor pool with a view of Old River and a pier with seating. A barbecue and picnic area is also available.

GREAT VACATION

THIS IS MY 2ND TIME AT THIS PROPERTY OF THE LEI LANI TOWER. I LOVE IT HERE THEY ARE RIGHT ON THE BEACH AND EASY ACCESS, BOTH CONDO'S WE HAVE STAYED IN HAVE BEEN VERY NICE AND CLEAN.

It was amazing except for the cook ware needed replacing. No matter what you used I tried 3 different ways to keep food from sticking but my eggs for breakfast was a failure every time. No non stick and everything else was metal and stuck if you used butter , oil and or grease. But outside of that it was a 8-9

Would stay again. Everything was great, except parking!

Clean, easy access to beach, pretty quiet. We did not have to bring any extras for our stay, it was pretty well equipped. However, the blinder was broken. Coffee maker was not k-cup but we managed old school. The elevator was shaky but worked well. The parking situation was very irritating. "first come, first serve" but there's not enough spaces for more than 1 vehicle per room as they allow. I'm not sure there's enough for 1 vehicle per room honestly. When you call the help line they tell you it's first come first serve and to try to park across the street but there's no open parking there either. After that they are no help! The pool was small, but we didn't use it. We came without kids this time. They would have been disappointed if we had wanted pool time instead of being on the beach. If I do not return it will be because of the parking and very small pool. Everything was great, except parking!

Decent condo

The condo had pretty much everything that you might need during your stay. There was a problem with the tv in the master bedroom, it only got 1 channel. They compensated us a small amount for the inconvenience. The sliding glass door in the master bedroom didn’t lock. A guy from Vacasa came and checked it out but couldn’t figure out what the problem was since the tv in the living room worked fine and they were on the same plan. He also tried to fix the lock, but he didn’t. Both of the sliding doors to the balcony need to be replaced immediately. They’re broken and won’t stay on the tracks. The only other thing was that they didn’t have hand held shower heads and it was difficult for me to rinse my multi disabled daughter's hair. I used a cup and it was okay. The tubs both had black mold on the shower heads and around the jets. It really is a good place with plenty of room just needs updating and a little tlc and it would be awesome. Just a personal opinion but the mirror on the kitchen wall scared me and my daughter because we were caught off guard and thought we were seeing someone when it was just us, LOL! But seriously it was a big condo and was in a quiet area. Everything I mentioned was really not that big of a deal except for the lock and the screen doors. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A Fall Getaway!

The location is excellent. Could not ask for better. Right on the beach. Time on the balcony was great too. The Condo owner has made some improvements to the property; such as, tile floors, the couch is nice, newer refrigerator and microwave. The mattress in the master was nice. The televisions in the living room and bedroom are terrible. More work needs to be done on the condo. Just an old condo. A couple of light switches have tape on them and state please do not use. However, the location made up for the lack of updates to the condo.

Review of Unit

We are older (in our 70’s). Would have enjoyed more options on the TV channels. Also we found no directions or channel listings. Would have liked a better list of what was provided. Example we were not sure coffee maker provided so we brought ours. Overall though very nice and clean.
