Great villa for friends and families

We stayed in this lovely villa as 3 sets of families - it is spacious and and in a good location for visiting nearby towns and beaches. We hired cars to get around the island with, but you could easily also walk to the local bars and beach in just 10 minutes. The property manager was very helpful and attentive. Thank you for a great week in the sun!

Family holiday.

The villa is a good size with a secluded rear garden with pool. Property is a bit dated and in need of an update. We had 2 downstairs doors that had insufficient locks. BBQ is in a poor condition and needs replacing. There is a nearby hotel that plays very loud music during the day which spoils being by the pool. Frank was very helpfull. Property could do with a information pack.

DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA

Do not book this villa, there are many many issues with this villa, It is not as described and the company managing the villa is shameful. There are electrics hanging out everywhere, the oven trips the electrics when it works, there are no locks or door handles on the main door to the villa along with insufficient locks on other doors, during our stay the electric supply set on fire and left us with no electricity for hours. The people managing the villa are rude, we have just seen a post on facebook that the pool is now green with algea. the outdoor seating is disgusting. The outside table is ready to split in half. the bbq is disgusting with no cooking utensils for it. the flooring in the villa needs to be ripped up. there was blood on the bed sheets. the patio doors are cracked. the railing on the balcony are broken and taped together, the showers dont work properly, this list goes on and on. do not book!! I warn you now. After complaining we have had no response at all! will be taking it into legal procedings.

Ziemlich heruntergekommen

Das Haus ist in keinem guten Zustand und muss dringend renoviert werden. Wir wären in einer Jugendherberge besser aufgehoben. Frank der Verwalter war super nett und musste immer mal wieder kommen, weil ständig etwas kaputt war. Die Lage ist OK und 5 der Zimmer sind auch voll OK. 1 Zimmer war eher eine Besenkammer. Küche genug gross, leider im falschen Stockwerk, da kein Zugang zum Garten/Pool. Zimmer Zimmer
