With an easy, scenic walk to the beach, you'll enjoy daily tides, sunsets, and the soothing rhythm of the bay just moments from your door.
Inside, the home feels bright, airy, and welcoming, filled with natural light that enhances its coastal charm and creates a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, perfect for couples seeking a quiet escape.
Pet-friendly and thoughtfully laid out, the cottage features a fenced-in backyard, offering a safe outdoor space to unwind, sip your morning coffee, or let your four-legged companion explore.
Ideally located just 10 miles from Brunswick's amenities and only minutes from beloved Harpswell destinations such as Mitchell Field, Stover's Point Beach, Dolphin Marina, and Potts Point Preserve, this one-bedroom hideaway offers the perfect balance of romance, privacy, and coastal adventure.

Please note: The ceilings at this property can seem low to to anyone around 6 foot. Couch pulls out into a twin bed for extra sleeping.

Property was very clean (rust issue in sinks & toilet). Exactly as advertised. Area is great with much to do and see in Casco Bay area.Fenced back yard a plus for our dogs.We would definitely stay again.(Only complaint which you have little control over is the neighbor woman who let her dog loose and would stand at edge of property and bark)

Pros: Good communication from rental company, and greatly appreciate the dog-friendly unit and fenced in yard. Was an easy walk to the beach and got to see a lovely sunset! While there is no A/C there are plenty of fans in the cottage.Cons: The water quality in this rental was quite bad. I would have appreciated a heads up from the rental agency about the water, as it is not drinkable due to high amount of iron. Lock box with keys inside was difficult to operate. Loud and unsightly neighborhood with rooster calling nonstop and dogs barking nearby. I did not get a very “welcome” feeling by the neighbors. The backyard was a bit less clean than depicted in the photos with dog waste from previous tenants that had not been picked up. Fortunately we had plans to be out and exploring most of the time during our stay so were able to still have a lovely time in Harpswell.

HI Emily - we are sorry that you didn't enjoy the stay. We do wish you would have reached out to us about your concerns. There is a filter system at the property so it sounds like it isn't working properly. We also have rented it plenty and not had any feedback about a rooster so that is news to us. Tenants are suppose to pick up after their pets outside so I will be sure inspectors are double checking that item.
