Tucked perfectly between Pensacola and Pensacola Beach, this neighborhood gives you the best of both worlds—easy access to vibrant beach life and the calm, scenic beauty of a laid-back coastal community. Here, mornings start with birds chirping, days are filled with sunshine and salty breezes, and evenings are made for relaxing walks through beautiful parks and peaceful streets.
You’re just a couple of blocks from everything you need—grocery stores, great restaurants, a top-notch hospital, and the renowned Andrews Institute—yet it still feels like a hidden gem.
Take a short stroll down to the end of the street and you’ll catch a glimpse of the iconic 3-mile bridge (just be sure to stay on the road—neighboring property is private). And if you see us around, we’re probably busy keeping things just right for your stay.
