host very friendly, the property is very basic, but I knew that before coming. I needed a place to stay while getting an apartment near here and this was very affordable, clean, and in a great neighborhood

It served its purpose for a place to stay but not cozy. Older home that needs more renovation in our opinion to be a vacation rental. Location is great, close to everything downtown.

This property is perfect for an individual or couple. It is in a great location with a view of the bay! Restaurants and shopping are within minutes and beautiful Pensacola Beach is just across the bridge! You will not regret staying here!

Very convenient location, short drive to beaches or NAS Pensacola. Nice view from side deck. Parking is not the best, difficult entry/exit.

Incredibly friendly hosts with great communication. If you have any questions or concerns, they go above and beyond to satisfy. The accessibility is fantastic too. Lyfts to the airport or downtown are about 8 a ride at most. The place is quaint and grows on you very quickly very excited to come back.

It was cold and rainy and the wind was fierce so a lot of fishing was not to be done. We had a lot of fun and found Olde East Hill Grille and Maria's Seafood Market. They're in the same building and very close to where we stayed. The host is awesome. We had a situation and needed to stay an additional night. She was able to set us up and we were able to stay in the same house.

"Nice weekend get away"

This rental is ideal for single person, couple or one child family. The neighborhood was relatively safe and close to all of Pensacola.

Great for short-term business stay

I recently moved away from the area but needed a place to stay while in town on business. This property was super convenient to everywhere I might need to go and would also be a great location for a vacation rental. I had never reserved through Vrbo before but the whole process was very easy and, even though I didn’t require reaching out to the host, I felt that I could with any problem that could’ve come up. Would stay here or in its neighboring unit again.

Nice Little Bungalow, Close to Pensacola Beach

We stayed at Pineapple Paradise for a short beach trip. It is in a nice neighborhood, with restaurants and stores a short (driving) trip away, and the bridge to the beach is extremely easy to access from the property. The house was not fancey but was clean and everything worked, although there needs to be another AC for the main room or a fan to circulate. For the price it's great. The owner/agent was polite and immediately responsive to messages.
