Groovy Cottage in Downtown Pensacola, Pet Friendly

This stylish studio is situated in the very back of a property & has its own separate fence where you will have your own private abode conveniently in Downtown Pensacola. This unique suite provides a smart tv, newly constructed kitchen & bath, cook top, retro appliances, comfortable full sized bed, & a twin sized futon. There is a 2 person hammock under a peaceful palm tree. Within walking distance to main downtown shopping, eating, & night life as well as the Blue Wahoos Stadium!

This is a guest house located in the back of a property, but everything at the VRBO is privately yours. Even your fenced area is separated from the main house.

This unit comfortably situates 2 people, however, the futon is quite comfortable for a kid or someone under 6 ft & willing to accommodate an extra person if needed- please just let us know!

Please note: There are outdoor surveillance cameras recording at all times.

Washer & dryer located inside the cottage for your private use.

🫜🥬🌶️ We do have an herb garden in the main house backyard with cilantro, green onions, cherry tomatoes, dill, etc. Let us know if you’d like some fresh herbs during your stay!
