Excellent location, parking space is a great bonus. Didn’t use the jacuzzi, but this is a great place for someone traveling solo or two people.

Great price very close to the ocean. Short walk to a beautiful view with so many shops and restaurants close by. Quiet,safe residence. Host was quick to respond to all my questions.

Location is perfect for Pacific Beach and the designated parking spot was amazing. We were given the wrong code to enter but it was very quickly resolved. Communication was really good. Our only issue, which I am surprised no other reviews mentioned this is the unit does get very warm. Even when using the fans. We are used to staying in San Diego without AC but this seemed excessive. I would still recommend this unit but felt the need to mention that.

Nice location and accommodations

Enjoyed our stay in San Diego. Excellent location for beach access. Near many restaurants and a block from the beach. The condo had pretty everything we needed for a comfortable stay away from home!

The condo's location is fabulous. It's so close to the beach and near so many places to eat and shop. Having an assigned parking spot was one of the reasons we selected the place, but honestly, you don't need a car if you don't need to travel elsewhere. We are a family of four, and our teen boys slept in the living room (one on the couch and one on the air mattress). We just put the air mattress against the wall behind the couch during the day. We all slept well, and weather was nice with the windows open. Condo is a bit older and inside is no frills, but still an excellent deal for the location and price. We would stay here again.

Winter Get-Away

The property was as described, actual was smaller than photos looked but plenty of space. The location was great, less than a half block to beach, many restaurants nearby and many San Diego attractions relatively close. The property is an apartment and it was very quiet. My only concern was the bedroom carpet that needed to be cleaned (owner says this will happen immediately) and the reason for a 4 if 5 rating, the rest of the apartment is tile.

There is no AC, so when I first checked in, the room was hot and humid. However, after some time with the fans running and windows open, it cooled off pretty quickly. I kept the windows open and fans on throughout my stay to compensate. Pretty bare-bones place but still has all the necessities (everything's clean, and there's plenty of space!). Couldn't get the living room tv to work, but didn't mind much because I wasn't there to watch tv- just wanted to pass some time before bed. The bedroom tv worked fine. The helpline was quick to respond and very helpful when I had some trouble with the lock (buttons weren't working for some reason- probably user error, lol). This was the cheapest rate I could find the week I was in town and I couldn't have asked for a better location - You don't even need to cross the street to be on the beach!!! I was in heaven, truly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great getaway spot close to the ocean

We had a great little staycation! I especially enjoyed the little extras they provided: coffee, creamer, shampoo and soap in the bathroom. Great little getaway spot!

Great Location!

We loved staying at this property. The house was very clean. There were a few light bulbs burned out, but other lights did the job compensating for it. We were a little bummed there was no air conditioning, but the ceiling fans helped move cool air around at night keeping the unit mostly cool during the day. The parking situation was tricky only because a resident below us kept parking his car right behind our car in the alley, which prevented us from going anywhere, but it got resolved. The property managers were very helpful and kind.

Bachelor party for the boy’s

Slept 4 but was a tight fit overall the people around us were awesome super friendly and the area is what is great walking distance to every good bar/club in pb. Definitely would stay here again it’s good for the price as well can’t beat it had a great time
