Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in Lime House! Upon arrival we did notice a nasty stain on the sheets in the master bedroom. However, Homeowners Collection was very prompt to send Jessica and Lucy over to change them. Those girls were awesome! Other than that, the cottage was perfect! Very nice set up and accommodations for a wonderful sister trip! And the location was great. Would definitely recommend Lime House for a party of 4 to 5 guests.

A Cozy Cottage Stay Near the Beach

We have two young children and this house was great for our needs with the cozy twin beds and the loft upstairs that our three-year-old insisted on having. The house has been well decorated, has a charming updated kitchen, and is outfitted to meet basic needs. We enjoyed the layout of the home and spent many rainy mornings enjoying breakfast in the lovely breakfast nook and lounging on the porch swing. This house just feels like a cozy beach hug that you don’t want to leave. We’ve stayed in Seaside numerous times over the years but this is the closest we’ve ever been to the beach which was very convenient for naptime. It was an easy 3 min bike ride to the beach pavillion!

Perfect Getaway

Perfect little house and close walk to seaside. Only thing is each room has window units. But not complaining they all worked great and was not loud. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Seaside escape

Have spent many a summer in Seaside and Lime House is a favorite. It's the quintessential beach cottage and my family thoroughly enjoyed it. The loft was a great hide-away for my children and the open living space downstairs was idealic for our family dinners. After reading the reviews, I was honestly shocked to hear Andrew B's feedback-he strikes me as highly critical. I had an extraordinary stay and look forward to our next visit.

Was so close to the beach we did not even use our bikes most of the time. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping and nice green space in the backyard with paths and sitting areas. We also enjoyed the living space on the second floor and the back porch deck swing.

The house was a little tight for the 5 of us. Love that is had 3 full bathrooms, that is a plus. Decor is very cute. If you like to cook like us, the kitchen cookware could use some updating, but love the stove!! The outdoor porch with the swing was my favorite. Great place to have an evening cocktail.

Excellent Accommodations and Service!

We had a great vacationing Seaside! We were promptly greeted by our host. He oriented us to the house and answered our questions. The Lime House exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well maintained. A previous guest commented about the hot water heater being insufficient. We had 4 people showering back-to-back and had no shortage of hot water. There is ample seating on both screened porches. I did not use the pots and pans, however, the oven and grill were more than sufficient.

By far, one of our best trips to 30a.The house was very clean, functional, and located just far enough away from the busier areas, but also close enough for evening walks to town, walks on the beach, and the occasional bike ride to other nearby communities. We felt extremely comfortable. Only wish we could have stayed forever, but hope to be back soon.

The location was perfect. A short walk to beach and town center. The house was comfortable, clean, and cozy. We liked that it had 3 bathrooms with showers and also an enclosed outside shower. The management company texts frequently so if you need something they can be reached. The only negative issue was the cable in the living area didn’t work well. It worked ok on the bedroom tv’s though.
