You can park your car and bike/walk everywhere for the week! A great layout with 2 bedrooms on the first floor: one ensuite with queen bed, second bedroom with 2 sets of twin sized bunk beds, and hall bath with shower. There is also a poolside family room complete with a TV for the kids to hang and hook up their gaming stations, wet bar, blender and mini fridge. A small closet has puzzles and board games. To escape the sun, the large wrap-around covered porch offers a relaxing sectional to read, doze off or share a cocktail. Ascend to the second floor and enjoy all the natural sunlight and the cathedral ceilings in the great room which includes a large well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area with seating for 11, and relaxing living area with TV. Access the South side upstairs sun deck from the living or dining area and enjoy dining outdoors or sitting to watch the sunset. Also located on the second floor is the 3rd bedroom with (1) queen bed and hall bath with shower, and the king ensuite with jacuzzi tub.
