The Space:

Welcome to your cozy Tyler retreat! Thoughtfully updated, full of charm, and designed for both comfort and fun!



The primary bedroom features a plush king bed for restful nights, plus a small fold-out couch that’s perfect for a little one or extra guest. The second bedroom offers a full-size bunk bed setup, making it great for kids, teens, or friends traveling together. With two full bathrooms, everyone has space to get ready without feeling crowded.



The heart of the home is bright, stylish, and welcoming, perfect for morning coffee before exploring Tyler or winding down after a busy day. And when it’s time to relax? Head to your private theater room! Sink into the lounger couch, fire up the projector, and enjoy movie night in your own personal cinema.



Step outside and soak your cares away in the hot tub under the East Texas sky the perfect way to end the evening. In addition to this amazing outdoor space, we have a spectacular shaded lounge area extends your living space outdoors, creating a private oasis right in the backyard.



Whether you’re visiting family, in town for work, or planning a weekend getaway, this bungalow offers comfort, character, and just the right touch of fun to make your stay memorable. We’d love to host you!



The Neighborhood:

Our home sits in a quiet, established neighborhood known for its mature trees and classic East Texas charm. You'll enjoy a peaceful residential feel while still being just minutes from local dining, shopping, hospitals, and everything the city has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

We want guests to enjoy our home to the fullest, and we are here to help ensure your stay with us is seamless. Please do not hesitate to reach out before your arrival should you have any questions as well as during your stay, we are here to help!



Otherwise, the only thing to note is we do have a Jacuzzi. This is regularly serviced, but we do ask after each use please put one scoop of the spa treatment into the water. This helps maintain sanitization in between services, you should see a small Tupperware that has this solution. If you have any concerns regarding this shoot us a note or give us a call!



Interaction with Guests:

Guests will be given Arrival Instructions roughly 24 hours prior to Check In. Included will be the address, important house information, access codes, etc. Additionally, a member of our team will be available through your booking platform messenger. We have after hours communications set up to assist you should you need it. However, if you have any problems after 9pm and it is an emergency please give us a call for issues requiring immediate assistance. Messages received after 9pm might not be seen until the following business day.
