Enjoy sun-soaked bliss at this spacious three-bedroom-plus-loft home in Phoenix! Boasting golf course frontage and a fully-enclosed private pool area, this home also offers easy access to the area's great hiking and outdoor recreation. Entertainment, shopping, and dining in downtown Phoenix is just a short drive away.

Vaulted ceilings and strong natural lighting accent this home's bright interior. The breezy front parlor invites group gatherings with ample sofa and easy-chair seating. An adjoining dining area features a table set for six. A small partition leads through to the open kitchen and living room, with access to the private pool deck.

The living room is equipped with a large, flatscreen smart TV for cozy family movie nights and downtime. Of course, most of your time at home will be spent lounging in poolside splendor on the sun-filled, enclosed deck! Featuring expansive cabinetry and unique, 'skylight' backsplash, the full kitchen is well-appointed and ready to handle family-style meals.

The home's split-level floor plan separates the main living spaces from the bedrooms. An open loft area overlooking the parlor features a second TV and balcony overlooking the golf course. A full-size daybed and twin trundle provide additional sleeping options.

We loved this house so much, we plan to come again! If you are planning to use the pool in the backyard a lot, just beware of several golf balls coming in the backyard each day. We had a couple come in when we were out there and that was pretty scary! Note that the garage is not available for use here so you have to park outside. This was just an issue for us because we would have liked to make sure our car was not going to get hit with golf balls. Safe area, loved the location, close to hiking, beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Management was not super helpful with a couple minor issues we had but we ended up figuring it all out of our own (getting the pool heat figured out and getting a mail key for our extended stay).

Beautiful location & views

We loved the location of the house and the pool area is beautiful with serene views of the mountains.The house was good except a couple of things:The air condition in the master room was very noisy and strong compared to the rest of the house. All the TVs have passwords to use any app, which was an annoyance.

Championship Weekend

We were here for the Nascar Championship so this location worked out great! Was an easy trip to the track and back each day and also to other events we attended. The home was perfect for our group and we held a dinner one evening for some additional friends in the area. Found a great little coffee shop nearby - Jasmine Jo Coffee and Flowers - great coffee and service!

Ahwatukee Foothills Quiet

Excellent, quiet location in the Foothills off the 9th hole. Home easily accommodated 4 adults and 1 infant. Home does not provide a crib. Very comfortable stay, felt like home. Some issues which property mgm’t team worked with us.

Everything was great. You may want to let renters know about the shower that you have to pull the handle out to get waterflow and that you have to pull it hard. Also, when we were trying to resolve the water issue, we went into the garage and there were 2 cars there. Not usually what you see with a rental.
