Nestled in a quiet pocket of Scenic 30A, this neighborhood offers a breezy, laid-back atmosphere. You are within walking distance of the Gulfview Heights beach access and the vibrant Gulf Place Town Center, known for its eclectic boutiques, art galleries, and popular restaurants like Shunk Gulley.

The area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, featuring extensive bike paths that connect the unique coastal communities of 30A. Nearby Grayton Beach State Park and Blue Mountain Beach offer pristine white sands and rare coastal dune lakes for exploring.



Getting Around:

While a car is helpful for exploring further destinations like Destin or Miramar Beach, many local attractions are easily accessible by foot or bike.



Other Things to Note:

Always check the flag color on the beach before entering the ocean.



Golf cart and bikes are a bonus amenity that may not be functional during a stay, which is why they are not marketed.

We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• Pets are allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
