気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
We booked this property expecting a private entire rental for a romantic getaway near the Biltmore area. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the access code provided led us directly into another occupied apartment. Thankfully no one was inside at the time, but it was extremely uncomfortable and concerning from both a privacy and safety standpoint.We also discovered that another apartment was located immediately beside the “private” hot tub area, which made the property feel far less private than advertised.After realizing the setup was not what we expected, we contacted the host and requested a refund, but the request was denied. We ultimately chose not to stay and had to pay for another same-day accommodation on top of this reservation.If privacy and a truly standalone rental are important to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
