Surfside 1109 delivers something most Gulf-front condos can't: a space where the emerald water is visible from every single room. On the 11th floor of one of Destin's most iconic beachfront towers, this fully renovated 2 bed / 2 bath condo sleeps up to 8 guests in genuine luxury.
Floor-to-ceiling glass spans the entire living and kitchen space, opening to a large wrap-around balcony with unobstructed Gulf views in both directions. The kitchen features exotic veined granite counters, a full stainless appliance suite, built-in wine fridge, and a geometric designer tile backsplash. The master suite includes a king bed, a stunning circular porthole window framing the Gulf, private balcony access, and a spa-level marble bathroom with frameless glass walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a custom bunk suite with its own balcony slider and Gulf views.
