Coastal Retreat - 5 mins to the beach!

We have lived and worked in Rhode Island most of our lives. In addition to the wonderful seafood and the local history in our state, we love the ocean and our coastal communities. We are lucky enough to live just 20 minutes from the ocean and we spend as much time as we can along the coast. From the shores of Charlestown and Westerly to the docks of Newport and the quiet beauty of Block Island, we truly appreciate the riches we have here in Rhode Island. Our decision to become a VRBO host was an easy one - we want to share this beautiful area with others and hope to give our guests the same experience that we feel when we are by the water's edge.

Our home is a vacation home that immediately makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The space is clean, bright, and airy, with large windows and sliding doors that let sunlight pour into every room. Soft white walls and light wood floors reflect the natural light, making the home feel open and peaceful. Simple, uncluttered décor keeps everything calm and easy on the eyes—nothing crowded, nothing overwhelming. The living room has a comfortable sofa and love seat with soft throw blankets and a few cozy pillows. A woven rug warms the floor, sunlight filters through the windows, creating a gentle glow across the room. The kitchen is fresh and inviting, with smooth countertops, neatly arranged dishes, and plenty of space to cook. Everything feels organized and easy to use. A small dining table sits in the kitchen, perfect for slow breakfasts or relaxed dinners. The bedrooms are quiet and restful. Beds are made with crisp linens and fluffy pillows. Towels, soap, shampoo and a blow dryer is available in the two bathrooms to make packing for your time away less troublesome. Outside, there’s a simple deck with comfortable chairs where you can drink coffee in the morning or relax in the peacefulness and warmth of the evening.
