This expansive 3BR ocean-view residence features ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a generous living and dining area for gathering and relaxing. Step onto your private terrace with jetted plunge pool, BBQ, dining table, loungers, and lounge seating — just steps from the sand and moments from Quinta Avenida’s shopping, dining, and nightlife.
Guests have exclusive use of the full apartment and its private ocean-view terrace. You’re also welcome to enjoy the building’s shared amenities, including the swimming pool just outside the unit with beautiful beach views and the gym located on the third floor. Two secure underground parking spaces reserved exclusively for the unit are included, with direct access to the elevator that takes you to the front desk and your apartment. The building also offers 24-hour front desk service and security for your comfort and peace of mind.

⭐ Good to Know Before You Book

Upon arrival, all guests must first stop at the security booth located at the corner of the property to register and leave a valid ID, which will be returned at departure. At the front desk, you’ll also be asked to review the house rules and sign a short form. We’ll send you detailed check-in instructions in your welcome message to make your arrival smooth and easy.

Our trusted concierge partner can assist with everything from airport transfers and in-home massages to private chefs, birthday surprises, beach club reservations, and tours. Please note these are third-party services and not affiliated with your Airbnb booking, so we kindly ask that you don’t mention them in your review.

You’ll be staying in the heart of Playa del Carmen, which may mean occasional city noise. That said, the property is in a more sheltered area and typically remains quiet. The upside? You’re perfectly positioned to explore Playa by foot — no car needed.

We’re excited to host you and want to ensure a smooth, relaxing stay. Please review the guidelines below to help keep things easy and enjoyable for everyone.

➡️ Arrival & Access
• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM (Late check-outs need to be requested in advance and are subject to availability!)
• Use the Google Maps link and directions provided inside your guest portal for accurate navigation. Other apps may cause delays or misrouting.
• Only the primary guest may hold keys or access codes—do not share or duplicate them.

➡️ Conduct & Respect
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect your neighbors.
• No parties or unregistered guests. Let us know in advance if you’re expecting visitors.
• No smoking or vaping indoors. A fine of up to $200 USD applies if violated.
• Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing before your stay.

➡️ Cleanliness & Property Care
• Please don’t move any of the furniture.
• Avoid using white towels for makeup removal.
• If there are any breakages, damages, or an excessive mess beyond what’s considered normal use, a cleaning or repair fee may apply. Please just let us know if anything happens.

• Help us conserve energy: Turn off A/C and lights when you’re not in the unit.
• Use your own logins for streaming services. Please don’t purchase additional content and remember to log out before checkout.
• Our unit contains a digital inventory—missing or damaged items may result in replacement charges.

• Private or storage areas are off-limits.

➡️ DIRECTIONS TO "EL FARO"

Whether you're arriving from Cancun International Airport or the new Tulum International Airport, follow the steps below to reach your unit easily and without confusion:

✈️ From Cancun International Airport (CUN)

1. Exit the Airport Toward Highway 307
After picking up your rental car or shuttle, follow signs for Carretera Cancún–Tulum (Highway 307) heading south toward Playa del Carmen.

2. Drive South on Highway 307
Stay on Highway 307 for approximately 45–50 minutes (around 55 km / 34 miles), depending on traffic.
You will pass through Puerto Morelos and several smaller towns along the way.

3. Enter Playa del Carmen via Avenida Constituyentes
As you arrive in Playa del Carmen, take the Avenida Constituyentes exit toward Playa del Carmen Centro.
Follow for approx. 1km.

4. Turn Right onto Avenida 1 Norte
Follow Avenida 1 Norte for another 400m, then turn left onto Calle 10 Norte.
"El Faro" will be the property right at the beach.


✈️ From Tulum International Airport (TQO)

1. Exit the Airport and Follow Highway 307
Exit the airport and follow Highway 307 north toward Tulum Town.

2. Drive North on Highway 307
Continue on Highway 307 for 1h 10min (87 km / 54 miles) until you reach Playa del Carmen. You will pass Tulum and and several smaller towns along the way.

3. Enter Playa del Carmen via Calle 30 Norte
As you approach Playa del Carmen, take the Calle 30 Norte exit toward Playa del Carmen Centro.
Follow for 600m, then turn right onto Avenida 20 Norte and follow for another 400m.

4. Turn left onto Avenida Constituyentes
Follow the street for another 500m.

4. Turn Right onto Avenida 1 Norte
Follow Avenida 1 Norte for another 400m, then turn left onto Calle 10 Norte.
"El Faro" will be the property right at the beach.


➡️ Arrival & Self Check-In

Before entering the building, all guests must stop at the small security booth on the corner of the property to register and leave a valid ID. This will be returned to you at check-out.

Once registered, proceed to the front desk to review the house rules and sign a short form. Then head directly to your unit.
Check-in is self-service via digital lock.

Use the door code sent in your guest portal and welcome message. To activate the keypad, swipe your hand across the screen before entering the code.

Parking:
Free street parking is available just outside the building. Please check posted signs for any restrictions.

Traffic Conditions
The highway can get busy, especially during peak tourist seasons or weekends. Allow extra travel time.
