The Studio Apartment Parque Santiago 3 is located in a very well-kept complex directly at the sea and the fantastic beach of Playa de Las Americas. All shops, restaurants, hairdressers, banks and cash machines are within walking distance. The flat has a combined living room and bedroom with a kitchenette. There are 2 single beds, which can be put together if desired. In addition, the sofa bed can be used as a sleeping accommodation for 2 more persons.

The living room has a flat screen TV with satellite channels and a small stereo system, internet is available free of charge via Wifi.

From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the pool and the well-kept garden with palm trees and tropical plants.
The terrace has seating furniture, you can sit there in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy.

The kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, as well as toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Internet is available free of charge via Wifi. There is also a washing machine with iron and ironing board.

The flat is ideal for a bathing and beach holiday, it is also ideal for a long-term holiday. The complex has a very nice pool area. There is also a bistro by the pool for snacks and ice cream (for a fee).

The location of Parc Santiago 3 is excellent. As soon as you exit the complex you either have all the shops at one end or beach at the other. The heated pool is misleading as it’s only the kids pool or jacuzzi. We found the apartment well below par. As soon as we entered the door it was tiny for 4 people but probably ok for 2. We didn’t cook any meals here as it has microwave, cooker, fridge etc but no space. Bedding is tacky and we found a couple of black hairs on the pillows. My mattress had a mind of its own and most nights went for a wander. The terrace is a good size but the sun canopy is broken. Reported it but didn’t get repaired. The bathroom to be fair is quite modern but all the sealants is black and mouldy. The toilet seat is either broken or loose and if you turned the shower on full the bathroom flooded. Towels all mismatch.All in all the complex is excellent but this apartment falls way short of satisfactory

The studio was in a great position in the complex. Beds not very comfortable and furniture is a little dated. Central for supermarket and bars and restaurants.

Great location but apartment could be improved

Property is in a very nice complex in the heart of the resort. Excellent large balcony in full sun from 9.00 to about 15.00Some of the furniture needs a deep clean and the broken chair on the balcony needs to be replaced or removed before someone has an accident. Altogether a nice property that just needs a bit of finesse to bring it up to where it deserves to be.Happy to stay again because the plus points far outweigh the negatives

Perfect for our needs

Apartment is basic / a little dated but everything works perfectly and it was a good size for us - 3 friends so we used 2x single beds and the sofa bed. Shower great and very powerful. Nice clean kitchen with all the basic essentials. Lovely balcony. Complex in a central location with a huge pool area. We stayed in mid January so not a peak time and there was no issue getting sun beds etc. Would definitely stay again.

Very dated needs urgent care

The apartment was only ok, beds not comfortable. The furniture is so old and dated. Looks like it was sprayed white so dirty now looks awful. . All broken things in balcony mop ,brush chair looked so bad. Location of apartment is excellent . But needs attention asap . Too expensive for what you get . Would return if it was updatedbad job. The balcony was full of broken things including mop
