The Attic Apartment Playa Las Vistas 3 is located directly by the sea in the well-kept Tenerife Royal Gardens complex and belongs to the upscale class on Tenerife. The location is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday, it is only 100 metres to the sea and a few steps to the beach Playa Las Vistas.
The pool is heated, so you can relax and swim even in the winter months.
The apartment is accessible by lift and is located on the top floor. The terrace offers a breathtaking sea view and pool view. You can enjoy the sunset there in the evening with a glass of wine.
The apartment is very comfortably furnished. Both bedrooms have air conditioning (for a small fee). The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The apartment is very centrally located, all shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, so everything is within easy walking distance.

We had a wonderful 8-night stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The location couldn’t have been better, close to great restaurants, the beach, and everything we needed. The large patio was a highlight for us, and we loved having sunshine there all day long.A few small suggestions that could make the stay even better:•The stairs may be challenging for some guests •It would be nice if the pool stayed open later than 6 PM •More portable fans would be helpful instead of relying mainly on AC •The bed pillows could use refreshing/replacing •Ice cube trays would have been a nice addition; I purchased news ones and left them behind. Svens communication was excellent, the Property Management not as much. You got the bare minimum in responses, if any at all.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and made wonderful memories here. Thank you for your hospitality Sven!

Great location

The location is great, handy for the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need and lots of space, but could have been a bit cleaner and have full sets of crockery. The stairs to the attic bedrooms would be quite steep for some.

This is a premium listing in a fantastic area and complex. You are in the heart of the strip and only 2 minutes from Las Vistas beach - everything should be superb.Whilst the apartment itself is spacious with a great view of the pool and sea, it’s a shame that the level of maintenance and general upkeep are unbelievably poor. We encountered several issues with a very basic standard of cleaning inside and out, and then multiple jobs that needed to be completed while we were there. This included a blocked drain in the sink (hair, scum, etc) in one bathroom, a door seal missing from the shower in the other bathroom resulting in water all over the floor, a poorly draining plug hole in the same shower, a bathroom door that we struggled to open due to it catching the floor, a very loose kitchen tap, a missing outside light cover on the balcony with bare wires showing, a main door that rattled in the breeze given that it wouldn’t securely lock and finally said door handle coming off in my hand towards the end of the holiday.Whilst occasional maintenance is expected, it is clear that the owner / manager / agent have absolutely no pride in the product that they are presenting to their customers.The local agent is slow to respond, necessitating a further message to the owner who can then conjure a reply from her almost immediately. As I said to the agent and owner in 2 such messages, I don’t go on holiday to spend my time snagging issues with a property that I have paid to stay at.
