Very easy to make the reservation. Clear communications from the owner. Somewhat limited in cooking and eating equipment but we didn’t plan to do any cooking. Spacious rooms.

Lilian was a gracious and responsive host. We arrived to the apartment after a very long day of travel and were hot and exhausted. Once we got all of our luggage down the stairs, we got in with no issues. It was warm and stuffy in there so I inquired about fans but she stated they did not provide any and that it was too cool outside for A/C (the HVAC system is controlled by the host). We opened all of the windows but it a little time later we heard/felt the A/C kick on and were so grateful! The place was clean, the shower had good pressure and the beds were comfy. She provided coffee for the drip coffee pot as well as bottled water. The residents upstairs were quiet and respectful. We were also greeted every day by a neighborhood deer which was delightful.
