Imagine waking up to the fresh marine breeze and stepping out onto your private balcony or patio, just 500 feet from the beach. This rare, oceanfront resort offers three separate 2-Bedroom Condos, each designed for comfort and convenience.

• The listing is for three separate condos within a hotel-style timeshare-style apartment complex and similar to a hotel, the exact unit is assigned at check-in.

• The three units may be in different buildings depending on availability. We make requests to the front desk staff to assign the units close to each other, but we cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other or on the same floor or in the same building because it depends on what is available for your reservation time frame. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are approximately 550 feet apart.

• Some of the units are on the second floor, and stairs are required.

• Each unit accommodates up to 4 guests.

The property is older and built before California Coastal Commission regulations restricted construction near the ocean, so it offers a rare beachfront location that you won’t find today. While the property is well-maintained, please understand it lacks modern conveniences like elevators and central HVAC.

Pro tip: There's no air conditioning, and it is not needed: the cool Pacific breeze keeps temperatures below 70°F. Even during summer, we recommend that you bring layers, as it can get cold.

- The walk from the unit to the beach is around 500 feet.
- The guest who books the stay must be 21 years of age, physically present at the time of check-in, and present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit per apartment at check-in.
- Since three units are assigned, three guest names are required - one per unit. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary and third guests listed as well.
- Infants and children are counted towards the maximum occupancy per unit.
- The three apartments are located in a timeshare complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit. The exact units are assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout.

- There is no elevator, so if the units assigned to you are on the second floor, you will have to use stairs.
