Beautiful Studio apartment with AC, Riverside in delightful Bay City!

I grew up in Bay City, so hosting here feels like sharing a little piece of home. Some of my favorite memories are tied to this city—from walks along the river and summers spent near the water to St. Laurent Brothers and the magic of the Santa House during the holidays.

No matter where life takes me, there’s something special about coming back to Bay City. I love being able to welcome guests and give them a comfortable home base to experience the places, traditions, and waterfront lifestyle that made me fall in love with this community in the first place.

For me, this neighborhood captures one of the best parts of Bay City: being close to the water. Nothing beats starting the day near the river, taking a walk along the Riverwalk, watching the boats go by, or heading downtown to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and local events.

I grew up loving Bay City, and this location puts guests close to so many of the things that make it special—from the waterfront and downtown to longtime local favorites like St. Laurent Brothers and beloved traditions like the Santa House. What makes this property special is the combination of comfort, character, and location. It gives guests a relaxed place to settle in while staying close to the river, downtown Bay City, and many of the experiences that make the area worth visiting.

I’ve put a lot of care into creating spaces that feel welcoming and easy to live in—whether you’re visiting for a weekend, coming home to see family, traveling for work, or staying a little longer. And for me, the biggest highlight will always be the location. There’s just something about being near the water that instantly makes a stay feel like an escape.
