The cozy apartment "Cosy Luxapartment 4 pers" is located in Orihuela Costa and is the ideal starting point for numerous sports, cultural or family activities in a vacation in a beautiful setting. The nearest beach is only 5 km away. The apartment with shared pool has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning (in the living room and in both bedrooms), central heating, SAT-TV with international TV channels and a DVD player. The child-friendly accommodation also provides you with a crib and a children's high chair.

The highlight of the property is the private outdoor area, consisting of a garden, an open terrace of 50 m² with comfortable seating, a table and 2 sun loungers. Prepare delicious meals on the barbecue to enjoy with your loved ones. In the shared outdoor area (100 m away) you will find a large pool with outdoor shower, where you can refresh yourself on hot summer days.

Within a 15-minute walk you will find a selection of restaurants, 2 supermarkets and a bar. The nearest beach, Platja de La Glea, is just 5.2 km (8 minutes' drive) from the accommodation. Other beaches, such as Campoamor, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Alicante can also be reached after a short drive. To the golf course you need only 16 minutes walk (1,2 km). Other sporting activities you can do in the area include horse riding, water sports, paintball, bowling, cycling, hiking, jet skiing and go-karting. Worthwhile day trips include Alicante (79 km), Murcia (66 km), Elche (58 km) and Torrevieja (14 km). You can reach Murcia airport in 42 minutes by car and Alicante airport in 46 minutes by car.

Parking spaces are available off the street.

Pets are not allowed.

Bed linen and towels are available on request and at extra cost.

English is widely spoken locally and there is a reasonable selection of restaurants and bars in the local square. I would recommend this villa to couples and people looking for a quieter relaxing break or a golfing break.

A zona é calma, um pouco distante para ir a pé para as praias ( 2kms), mas com diversas praias perto, para explorar ( de la Glea, Mil Palmeras, etc...) Boas acessibilidades para visitar locais da Costa blanca, ( Cartagena, La Manga, Alicante, Benidorm, Calp, Isla Tabarca - na casa existe uma pasta feita pelo proprietário indicando o que fazer e visitar na região. Muitos restaurantes e bares nos arredores. Recomendado para umas férias relaxantes em família.

Wenn man Strand haben möchte ist auf jeden Fall ein Auto wichtig - allerding gibt es sehr viele schöne Strände in der Nähe - wir waren nicht zum ersten mal dort und es war unsere 3. Unterkunft und von allem die Beste. Es gibt alles in unmittelbarer Nähe, Essen, Einkaufen oder einen gemütlichen Abend mit Getränken. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten!

Für Golfspieler ist die Lage der Immobilie ideal, da mehrere Golfplätze (Campo Amor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas) mit kurzer Anfahrt per Auto erreichbar sind. Die jeweiligen Greenfee`s sind moderat. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, dass der Gemeinschaftspool, im Gegensatz zum ersten Foto auf der Webseite, zwei Häuserreihen unterhalb der Immobilie liegt, man also nicht von der Terrasse in den Poll springen kann.
