Thank you for your stay and for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. During your stay, you reported concerns regarding pest activity. We immediately contacted the condominium association, as pest control services for the building are managed through them. Unfortunately, there was a delay in their scheduling, and the treatment was not completed before your departure. We understand how frustrating this was and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Providing our guests with a clean and comfortable stay is very important to us, and we have continued to work with the association to ensure the issue is addressed. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests.
