This memorable house with hardwood floors is the perfect home for those who like modern renovations. Furnished with all kitchen ware, the interior is modern with newer, updated furniture. 1 King bed in the primary BR, 4 other full size beds with headboards, dresser, night stand and desk in each BR. Kitchen table, chairs, couch, comfortable chairs and side tables/coffee table. Large smart tv in family room and smaller smart tvs in two of the bedrooms. Ceramic tile and hardwood floors except carpet in 2 BR. Washer/dryer, off street parking and unattached garage, backyard and patio with table/chairs, fire pit and outdoor grill included as well. Very close to Uptown Normal, all ISU activities and many restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities. Internet/WIFI provided.
30 day minimum contract and month to month after initial 30 days, mutually agreed upon by both parties. Absolutely no pets. $500 security deposit, $250 cleaning fee for move out, both due up front. No large gathering parties (over 10 people) Absolutely no smoking indoors (cigarettes, marijuana or vaping). Smoking detection device is on premises. $150 utilities payable each month.

Its hard to find a 1 night VRBO accommodation in this area and we stay in the area a lot due family being close by. We experienced no issues during our stay. The property was just as described and the host was very responsive to messages. If available we would choose to stay here again.

This adorable little house is deceiving from the outside. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and in 3 of them you have a desk if you need to work/ study. While there is no true master bedroom, it's directly across the hallway. 2 bedrooms were upstairs the other 2 were downstairs. Deanna was very communicative before and throughout our stay. Bed were comfortable, good sized back yard and true 1/2 block to Redbird Arena. We hope to book here in the future.

This property is very close to ISU, resturants, and Up Town Normal. It was extremely clean and well cared for. Two bedrooms and a bath upstairs and another two beadrooms and a bath down stairs provided plenty of room. The host is helpful and quick to reply. The backyard patio is private and ready for you to enjoy. We were in town for a family funeral and found it very comfortable. When in Normal, we will book this property again.
