Relax on the large, covered porch and soak in ocean and island views, surrounded by tropical forest. The oversized stone shower has large windows, giving you an outdoor experience (without bugs). This stand-alone cottage runs off the sun and the rain, yet gives you all the comforts of home. No power outages with solar! Don't miss this experience!

This high end studio cottage features a full kitchen, large Bosch fridge, gourmet gas range, modern design and a large bathroom with oversized stone shower. Regular Queen mattress in drop down Murphy bed raises/lowers as needed. Large covered porch with view and breezes and comfortable furniture. Dine in or out at tables provided. Gas grill on covered porch. Total privacy, seclusion and peace. Stand-alone cottage with no other buildings in sight. Huge stone shower with large windows for outside feel without bugs!

Shut off ALL things including lights, fans and AC when leaving for the day. This allows the solar batteries to recharge for your comfort at night.
Take out ALL trash and recycling regularly to local dumpster sites. Keep dishes and counters clean to avoid unwanted pests.
Advise owner/manager of anything needing attention BEFORE you leave so we can address it. Be sure to review the rental agreement.

Freeman's Ground is quiet and peaceful, yet convenient to Coral Bay. The parcels here are larger than other neighborhoods and the views are unsurpassed. I have 3 parcels totaling 2.5 acres.

It's a nature lover's paradise. Castaway Cottage is completely private and a hidden gem. Nothing else like it on the island. I must be experienced!
