Park City’s Most Coveted Address on Main - Atticus

Experience Park City from its most coveted location--this is the most expensive and exclusive inch of Old Town. Luxury Main St. one-bedroom residence, just steps from Atticus & the Town Lift, and moments from the town’s finest dining, galleries, and nightlife. 1 of only 5 secure & private residences, it offers light-filled luxury, a gourmet kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and a rare private deck with hot tub. Designed for guests who value comfort, walkability, discretion, and Deer-Valley luxury downtown. If you don't want someone else's kids messing up your vacation zen at the Marriott, this is the place for you.

Luxury and peaceful getaway in heart of PC!

We escaped the summer heat of the Salt Lake Valley with a couple nights at John’s place. It’s one of those listings where the “in real life” is actually better than the photos! The condo was impeccably clean, beautifully appointed, peaceful, and in a perfect location for walking PC’s Main Street. The owners were super responsive and delightful. We can’t wait to return!

Can’t beat it

Hard to find a nicer place to stay in Park City if you want to be right on Main Street. Everything about this place is perfect. The place is so nice and John the host is as attentive and helpful as any I have experienced. Absolutely a must book. Thank you John!! Amazing experience!
