Step inside to a fresh, modern space featuring new furnishings, new quartz counters, cabinets appliances, flooring and thoughtful touches throughout. The open-concept living area is designed for relaxation, with plenty of room to unwind after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new appliances and everything you need to prepare meals or enjoy takeout with a view.

One of the standout features? A rare double balcony—giving you even more space to sip your morning coffee, watch the sunset, or simply take in the stunning Gulf views and coastal energy from above.

Beyond the condo, the resort amenities truly set this property apart. Spend your days lounging by the massive lagoon-style pool, grab a drink at one of the lively tiki bars, or take a dip in the indoor pool for a change of pace. When hunger strikes, enjoy delicious bites from the on-site food hut, featuring incredible offerings inspired by the flavors of Chef 30A.

The king bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean and of course, an en suite bathroom. The bunk room is equipped with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top, along with a private full bathroom, a window, closet, dresser, and a sliding barn door for added privacy. The full-size sleeper sofa has a gel mattress for extra comfort.

Many complimentary services are available at the Shores of Panama, including a fitness center, summer activities, and a winter activity program. Additionally, we offer a beautiful indoor heated pool and a Jacuzzi for those rainy days or when you need a break from the sun!

Condo 1416 is located on the 14th floor at Shores of Panama. The age requirement to rent this condo is 23. $85 on-line registration fee.

As one of the most luxurious resorts in the area, Shores of Panama features a stunning lagoon-style pool surrounded by tropical elegance, complete with fountains, waterfalls, and exotic landscaping. Additionally, the resort offers a large jacuzzi with a view of the Gulf, an indoor heated pool, an indoor jacuzzi, and a fitness center.
