I rented this this BNB because I needed it last minute and it was the only one left. It was way to expensive for what we got. It wasn't as clean as it should have been. The silverware drawers weren't clean, the lazy susan in the cabinet was nasty, under the sink there was trash that was left that the cleaners didn't pick up.The refrigerator had rust and there was dirt in the cracks There was no where to hang towels in the bathroom so I eventually hung them on the cabinet doors to dry. We had no idea where to hang the toilet paper until the day before we left and found out it was hanging inside the door under the sink. This BNB is not worth the cost. Its outdated, too small and is in need of an update. I would not recommend it to anyone. The bed was okay, but small because the bedroom was very small.. The hot tub didn't have a filter and they had rules about it in a drawer that I happened to find later. Walking into it isn't very welcoming. All I can say is that It served it's purpose. The best room was the add on with the TV, couch & recliner, but it was a very small room.

We appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us, Steve. It’s clear that your experience didn’t meet the high standards we strive for, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues you encountered. We take feedback like yours seriously, as it helps us improve our services and ensure a better experience for future guests. The details you mentioned, like the condition of the silverware drawers and the refrigerator, are certainly not what we want for our guests. We will address these concerns with our cleaning team to ensure that every corner of the cabin is spotless for future stays. We understand that the layout and amenities didn’t quite fit your needs, and we appreciate your feedback on the towel hanging situation and the hot tub. We want our guests to feel comfortable and at home, and it sounds like we fell short in a few areas during your visit. Thank you for highlighting the cozy add-on room; we’re glad you found some enjoyment there. We hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future, as we are committed to making improvements and providing a more welcoming experience.
